My car's anti-sway bar links were rattling, my rear shocks were giving me issues, AND my ac belt had been squealing since the cold weather started. Mina's Auto Care helped determine what all of my car's problems stemmed from, fixed all of the car issues I came to them with, and more! They were polite and upfront about the issues, cost, and time. They answered any / all questions I had and their prices were very reasonable / agreeable! I know for certain that I will come back to them when my car starts acting up so I highly recommend you try them out, you won't be disappointed!

Super friendly and professional customer service. Staff totally understood my issue and tight deadline and put me at ease. You couldn't tell the car had a dent and some paint scratched off after they worked on it- also affordable. Highly recommend!

Overall, my experiences at Minas Auto Care have been great!I had the A/C on my 2008 Honda Accord fixed in late February 2020. It is now July and I am very satisfied with the quality of my A/C - it's even colder than it was before and the price was fair and reasonable. After I had gotten my A/C fixed, I had another issue come up with the wiring in my vehicle. I was unable to turn my car on and Jay was kind enough to come to my apartment complex parking lot to help me get the car started. I was then able take it to the shop where the problem was quickly fixed. This was such a kind gesture and showed me these guys will really provide the best service they can. Any time a car issue comes up, I will be coming to Minas Auto Care. I've specifically worked with Jay, who is very professional, fair and kind. If something is wrong with your car, he will do what he can to solve it and ensure it won't happen again. Great mechanic shop!

Extremely impress with their body shop department. My 2016 E400 was hit by my neighbor while backing out of her driveway and her insurance agreed to pay for it. I was told by a friend that Minas auto care was Austins Best kept secret in the body shop field as they are a small but very much of a perfectionist business so i decided to give them chance because my friend drives a very expensive Audi s6 that they previously worked on and his car looks great. As i pulled up to the parking lot i noticed that they don't even have a sing saying they they do body work so i asked why and was told by the manager ( Jay ) that they have so much word of mouth work and they don't want to sacrifice their quality by becoming a production shop. I dropped of my car and these people pride themselves in communication as a i kept getting updates and progress pictures of my vehicle. I went to pick it up 10 days later and WOW!! It was perfect and by perfect I mean perfecttt. I would 1000% recommend this place as professional and perfectionist body shops are very hard to find

I went in for an oil change awhile back after having an unpleasant experience at lamb's. I will never go back now that I have been here. Super nice people, and was in and out in 30 minutes. They will thoroughly explain exactly what is going on and have good prices. Please support this small business.

was being told my engine problem was just spark plugs, was in a panic stopped by several shops like firestone the prices were way more than i can afford . I was about to give up when i stopped by minas auto they helped me took less than ten mins car is running perfect it turned out it was a ignition coil saved me a lot of time an money . They get 10stars from me

Great customer service! I have had so many car problems recently and anything and everything I need they help me with and always in such a timely manner! My car is usually done with the fix in less than an hour! Jay is one of the owners and always takes care of me. I highly recommend this auto shop with any kind of repair you need and it's always fairly priced!
