I've been a business client of Miller Imaging for 7yrs. They are knowledgeable, work with my time frame, and always professional. As an artist, I appreciate the dedication that Dana at the 7th Street location puts into every painting scan, color latch, and print. I highly recommend Miller to any artist looking for giclees, prints, calendars, posters, and more.

Was told to try Miller Imaging after I had no luck getting copies made of very old and delicate blueprints at another copy center. I am so happy I was sent here not only were they able to help me but did it right on the spot! They handled the blueprints with great care! Thank you to Megan and all who helped. Went to try to get some A1 architectural plans printed today. I was asked to send them to an email address as noted on the desk, which is normal. When I attempted this, I was able to log onto their network, but I got the message that the server was not connected to the internet. This message suggested to restart the router, which I passed on to the staff working at the desk. From that point on I was not given any further information about what was happening (whether or not they were restarting the router, for example) and was just left to my own devices at the front desk while the two staff seemingly went about other tasks. No attempt was made to problem-solve (or if it was, it was not communicated to me). This went on for a while, after which I decided to leave. In the end I got them printed at Office Max where they were friendly and communicative.

(Way to late) UpdateOriginally I had a bad experience, but afterward the owner did reach out to me refunded my money and more made up for the experience. I have never had such a response from a company. This showed a tremendous amount of pride in their work and integrity. I would now wholeheartedly recommend.

I am a local illustrator, who has been using Miller for years. I first started using their services to scan drawings in 2011. Fast forward 9 years, and they helped me install this gorgeous Dreamscape Mural in Dell Children's Medical Center. They really can do it all... from scans to large scale production.From day one, Destenie my point of contact, replied to my messages immediately and confidently. This was not a simple process for an independent illustrator, and I was infinitely more confident having Miller in my corner. They connected us to a talented, experienced installer, as well as assisted in scheduling and installation management. This was above and beyond expectation. These folks are Austin's oldest printer for a reason. They know their stuff, and I highly recommend using them for any type of art printing you might have.

I have extensive experience working with Miller IDS, both as a marketing manager at a local general contractor and as a board member of a local professional organization. They have never been anything short of professional and caring. They are an outstanding group of folks that work hard to make sure everything turns out right and on time, even if I'm the one that sent them the files late. The few times we've had hiccups they have gone above and beyond to get them corrected.From custom vinyl signs, to construction jobsite signs, to blueprints, to greeting cards, I cannot recommend them enough.
