I got the Austin Fire Department policies and procedures printed here. I called at 10 AM, policies were ready by noon, hole punched, wrapped in plastic and ready to go. That's pretty good service. Had no problems with people on the phone. They answered all my questions and were courteous. Happy to do business here.
