went in yesterday and bought a new n 300 and an internet box well i put it all in my backpack and went strait home when i later opened it up the phone box was empty i"m going back in a few min and i hope she just forgot to put phone back in box otherwise there going to have a major problem !!!!!

This location is a scam. They add phone accessories to your final order and make it seem like it's included at no extra charge. JERMI was the person who scammed me. I told him when he grabbed it that I didn't need a case and he assured me that it was included. Come to find out it was extra per the receipt. As soon as I found out in my car. I went in to get a refund. Unfortunately, that's how this location handles business because I was not able to get a refund according to the owner. I recommend Walmart or best buy to get the phone.

The customer service representative Jeremi was extremely rude , I don't know if he was rude to everyone because he was working on Sunday or because he was by him self ... but wasn't helpful

I was having to pay a friends bill for her and before i went i called to make sure that they take cash. They said yes but failed to tell me about the fee. Mind you, i had to pull my friends exact bill amount from the bank before i went to make the payment. Frustrating because i was on my lunch break and they failed to make sure to tell me about the hidden fee.
