One of their workers LIED to me!!! She asked if I wanted a watch. I said no. She asked a few more times I said no each time. I hate watches. I haven't worn a watch since I was 10. I would never wear a watch that was a computer! She said "It's free". I said I don't want the watch. She said, " Well what people are doing is using the watch as an insurance policy. So that when you can't find your phone you can use your watch to find it. You can just leave it at home. And it COMES WITH THE PHONE. IT'S FREE." She appealed to my better sense, she appealed to the logical side. I didn't even want the watch when it was offered free but she convinced me to get it by appealing to my sense of security. She never went over my bill. She never told me how much more it was going to be and she most certainly never said anything about a second line being added at $35 a month plus $15 a month for the charge of the watch until it was paid off. I was never told the total cost of course because she kept saying free free free, comes with it, it's a bonus gift - over and over as many ways as you can say free she said it. T-Mobile doesn't give a damn that one of their workers lied to a customer who has been with the company going on 6 years. T-Mobile is OWNED BY A GERMAN COMPANY FYI. Note to self: always do deep dive research before choosing my next mobile phone service because T-Moble - BYE

Came In this morning trying to purchase another phone, and the girl working today asked for my ID I explained I haven't had a chance to get my ID replaced but that I had a picture of it that I used last time, she said I wouldn't be able to get a new phone without having a physical ID with me. I've never had this problem at any T Mobil, as I asked her why I need the ID with me she'll sigh, and I just find that extremely rude, unfortunately we had to leave and go to a different location.

Very good service of everybody except for a guy named Carlos, I think he is the manager, he's nothing friendly or social, I was talking to the agent of costumer service in Spanish about a mistake on a warranty claim for a Galaxy Note 10 and they sent me (from the warehouse) a Galaxy Note 9 by mistake and the manager (Carlos) wanted that I accept that old phone (Galaxy Note 9) when I'm paying for a Note 10. The Manager speak both lenguaje Spanish and English he preferred to speak with the agent in English and that's fine, but the thing is he told the agent that I have to accept whatever they sent (from warehouse) because that is what they have, I told him in English that they can't send a old phone for replacement without my consent, he didn't even look at me, he totally ignored me and I tried 3 times to talk to him and he didn't even see me hahaha this guy is like racist because in the same moment another guy went to the store to claim a warranty for the screen protector because the first one fell off from his IPhone and the manager Carlos had a bad attitude with the costumer only because didn't speak english. What is wrong with this guy?? It's my first time having a really bad experience with the T-Mobile agents, T-Mobile it's not like that, T-Mobile always has been great and wonderful people as costumer service! What this guy is doing in a T-Mobile store!!! Definitely I won't come back to this store, I ordered my other replacement and asked to ship it to other store!

I am unimpressed with this store. When I signed up i was supposed to get a new phone with my service. I had to learn about this a couple days later. It was too late since I already had purchased a phone they would not honor their offer. Secondly, i went back in to have new protective glass installed on my device. After the sales rep installed the glass i noticed that the glass wasnt properly adhered. I went back the next day to get it remedied. The manager, Hingrid was rude and refused to accommodate the customer by fixing a problem that they are responsible for. This store has no concept of what honesty and customer service means. I highly recommend taking your business to a different store where you as a customer are held at a higher value.
