It's a very bad subway all the time you don't have a system or they treat the very poorly educated girls badly. I just passed by and they only said that because they were robbed for 2 months, the same thing, I think the owner has to hire competent people for that job, not inexperienced workers. that don't help at all?

I am really disappointed in the Metro By TMobile stores, I went to 5 stores and in 3 of them I spoke with the managers and it was the same result, what they do in their “promotions” is a robbery. I tried to get the iPhone 12 promotion for $99.99 and they want to charge you more than $300 at the time you get the phone, because they want to charge you $27 activation fees which the promotion says THERE ARE NO ACTIVATION CHARGES when you change companies and bring your number, they forcefully want That you pay for insurance that you don't want (which are terrible), you are required to buy an adapter for the charging cable and phone case. They want to charge you more than $130 for taxes when it should only be $51.97 for the total price of the phone, they want to charge you $65 for the plan when the plan is $60 with auto payment. Don't be scammed, the charges should only be $99.99 for the phone, $51.97 for taxes + $60 for the first month of service making a total of $211.96. This is theft of what these stores do, especially this one because of its terrible customer service, and the bad attitude of the manager, her daughter who is an employee of the store was friendly.

Steer clear of this establishment. They don't honor their refund policy. No one would give a straight answer for anything. I had to go to this location twice without a resolution. The customer service is trash. And Metro PCS has gone to trash. If you like to give away and/or lose money don't visit this location.

Definitely the least shi*tty metro I've been to. I broke my old phone and had to get a new one. I spent about 15mins waiting to be helped (there was a customer ahead of me) and I got out of there in under an hour (which is AMAZING compared to my past experiences with Metro).I'm sorry I forgot his name but the man who helped me was bilingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently. He was helpful and kind to every customer that came in to pay their bill while we were setting my phone. I could tell this dude really cared about the community and I will be making this store my go to metro store. Thank u!

I like this location absolutely great help they explain everything between the plans and devices to suit you well at a affordable price. The workers are nice especially Pablo he has great customer service and will go beyond his sales position to help you out. I've had many bad experiences with metro stores until I met him he helped me get a new phone and also transferred my data for me without even asking and I truly appreciated that as well since I'm no professional with these smart phones. I highly recommend him and his team or workers.

Pablo helped us out today with our purchase of my first phone in 7 years. He helped us switch over from AT&T and made sure he took the best care of us. The process was so smooth and painless- he made the phone buying process enjoyable! Definitely recommend not only this location for your new phone, but ask for Pablo, he will make sure you're 100% taken care of. Excellent customer service.
