Start off Robert and Phillip are the best ones to always ask for they always now what to get u going on the locations I go to always have great customer service but Robert and Phillip are the best out there in the market now when it comes to managers Lisa has always been helpful as well

I recently went in to do a sd card swap that I thought I couldn't do on my own(turns out I didn't do it right). I was stressed trying to switch over to this new phone. Connie and Phillips were so amazing at taking control and helping me with my switch, they helped direct me to find a new phone case and screen protector after asking about it. They were the best customer service I have ever had at metro pcs, great to talk to and literally took away all my stress to make sure my phone was ready.

Laurie the manager was amazingly calm and nice on my phone call for help. She informed me and never made me feel rushed. I know they are incredibly busy so I was very impressed with her.

Just in case you are considering Metro PCS mobile for its shoddy service, its disgusting idea of customer service or its absolute inability to actually bill clients like other utilities do, I suggest shooting yourself in the foot instead. It would be less painful.

Purchased a Stylo 4 on their Smartphone Purchase Plan. I was initially told I would be making 4 payments of $90 and then my payments would be $50 there after. Low and behold 5 months later my bill is still showing $90. I went in to speak to them about it, they claim to have fixed the issue, I made the so called monthly payment of $50 and now my phone is disconnected because of non payment. So here I am having to wait until they open at 10am to speak to someone because Customer Service referred me to the store. Very frustrating and disappointing
