The other day I was in such distress and I went to this metro pcs store and Rhonda helped me, she was so helpful and she’s always honest with me. They always give me the best deals and save me so much time and money ❤️ I’ve been to so many metro stores but this one is by far the best store! Just starting off they opened 10 minutes later then the posted 10AM open time, from there things only got worse. Both women that were there were very rude and had no idea what they were doing. When I asked for help activating my phone they directed me to call the customer service number. I've been to other locations over the time of being a Metro Customer and have never been treated so poorly then I had been by these two women
