So I went to this location for my 1st time at the end of April for an upgrade and I was helped by a young man named Zamah. He was very helpful and pleasant in the whole experience. After speaking with him and getting everything done I had noticed the next day that my plan was different. It had NO INSURANCE on it which I did make clear I wanted the insurance on it. I called METRO C.S. to see if they could just add it for me but I was told to go to the store. So I went a few days later and there were two lovely ladies there. Ellys and Yanet who is the manager of the store. At first it wasn't busy at all and I had also requested to see if they could do a data swap for me from my old phone. They were both very accommodating and awesome with me. It began to get busy and I noticed that some of the clientele that were there were extremely rude to them. I thought what audacity. At some point there computers were down momentarily and some of the clients were exasperated so badly as though it was their fault. At any rate, I had a great experience at this location and I will be going back again from here on out. Kudos to Yanet and her crew for being hardworking and patient!!

The other day I was in such distress and I went to this metro pcs store and Rhonda helped me, she was so helpful and she’s always honest with me. They always give me the best deals and save me so much time and money ❤️ I’ve been to so many metro stores but this one is by far the best store! Thank you Rhonda for all your help you did in 5 minutes what I couldn’t do in 3 days ?
