Me and my husband when to this location the service was horrible! there was a Hispanic woman and a Hispanic male who were very rude from the beginning to a different customer. when we asked to get help on setting up our replacement phone I heard her talk to the co worker with his shades on inside the store bouncing around looking high on drugs ,there isn't a reason to have shades on at work inside of a store plus his attitude was very unprofessional. she told him that she didn't want to help us because she wasn't getting commission off helping us since they were talking in Spanish to each other and didn't think we understood what they were saying she was asking how to charge us for setting up the phone he instructed her to charge an activation fee then when my husband asked why would he have to pay extra after he was told there wouldn't be a charge the worker told us if we didn't like it we could go to a different store witch we did and had no problem setting up the phone and we're not charged anything someone should definitely give these people drug tests the fraud department needs to look into this place for charging customers unnecessary fees

I came in today with my elderly dad to get his phone fixed. It had a virus and was beyond repair. Jesse helped us, and got him a new phone & number. He was so patient with us while being very fast and efficient because he was there all by himself, and it was super busy. Amazing service!!!!

Just went in and Jesse helped me not only get a new phone but helped me transfer everything and he was just amazing.i recommend stopping by this location.

Customer service staff lack training.
They do not give details of teams and promotions as appropriate with extra details to clear up doubts.
They don't even say good morning or good afternoon.
That says a lot about a seller or promoters.
Equipment inventory can improve with more equipment with new technology.
