These people are liars. They claimed I would be able to keep the number I ported in if I had to stop service for a six or more months while in another country. They just stole my number and released it. Now the number I had for 40+ years is gone.

I have been hacked since I joined almost 3 years ago. When I went in to question why I was sharing my phone with so many people, she had no answer. Her responses were hmmm. I will be looking for a new carrier before my next bill is due.

Wow i have been with metro since i moved to Texas 15 years ago and the company has never disappointed although there were a few changes along the way the no more LG although i still have mine the local corporate office is very informative and helpful so i have no complaints here and i will be with this company for a long time and still loving that cheap monthly bill.

Great customer service! I had an issue with another Metro location and they helped me and my mom solve the problem. We walked out from there with our new phones thanks to their attention. The customer attention they provided is rare to see nowadays. Thank you Mike and Isai!!!!

I've been a customer at Metro since 2005. My last three years living in Leander has been a horrible experience with this company. My daughter has had to replace a highly promoted phone 2x's. We're on the third phone and if we don't use the warranty they won't just replace the phone. If the same phone warrantied or not doesn't work on the third try ... Come on. There's more but I digress. Just a disappointed long time customer

I visited the tech ridge location and saw they were extremely busy with foot traffic however I was helped by Stephanie within a few short minutes and her service was amazing! She was extremely articulate and one of the most friendly employees I’ve come across in a while, will definitely be visiting this location more often when I need T-Mobile services.

Very friendly and polite! It's always wonderful walking in there. Its always clean thanks to the cleaning lady that comes in. The employees are always willing to help out as best the can.

Metro has an unfortunate reputation for having garbage customer service. Thankfully, Metro By T-Mobile on 500 W Canyon Drive has amazing customer service! The attendees were smart, helpful, and didn't try to to sell us a lot of stuff. The store is well decorated and modern looking. The plans are great and the rates are even better.If you're looking for an excellent phone provider with low prices, great phones (no LG flagships, unfortunately) then you'll definitely want to stop by!
