I went in to switch my service and was so glad I got Heidi as my sales person! I wanted to get an android phone but she sold me on the iPhone 11 and I couldn’t be happier! Friendly fast help in store Heidi is amazing!

Unfriendly managers, don't tell you the whole story regarding charges, services and procedures to getting the best deals and offers available. Cannot contact the store by phone at all. Customer care is only people helping you from out of the USA. No main office to ask questions or concerns or complaints to, that I have found. Hidden charges not listed on your account or website. Really disappointing and should be a lot more beneficial and business like.

My husband and I went to go get he's phone fixed because it's been off for a week when he already had paid it, we get there and they have a sign that they in break okay we stayed outside waiting for them for 2 and a half hrs never came back from break. they probably still not there. A lot of people was trying to wait for them but they got tired of waiting that they would leave .
