If she is preoccupied with something she will announce it and let it be known to the people in line. I was also very pleased to see how supportive and concrete her team was around her. The staff at this location was courteous and worked quickly to get me activated even though the store was about to close. I received polite and professional assistance and was able to achieve my goal of switching. Also there was no activation fee to switch put money back in my pocket. Thank you so much.

Went to MetroPCS the week after Xmas I broke my phone on Xmas Eve and it was beyond repair and I didnt have a lot of money and the employees that were working that day were so nice and worked with me.on get a phone that I could afford and I am so appreciative so Thank You Metro PCS

Had a horrible experience at metro pcs today in Austin Texas, the store on parmer couldn't take cc and had no cash for change, so I went to the one on pecan in PF and that girl wouldn't let me pay, saying I have to wait til my due date the 11th to pay. What's that about. Only conclusion I can come to is that this location is scamming people, only accepting monthly payments so they can collect the 5.00 a month service fee. Very slimy of metro pcs to allow this practice.

It seems to be every time I show up there’s no deals for the people that been with them for years it’s making me want to switch companies.. the only deals are for those that are with other companies and when I went in there as a loyal customer to replace my phone to get a newer iPhone it’s more expensive than if I just went to Walmart or anywhere to go buy one??☹️ ?
