As an in store shopper, i was greeted by Aaljah and her district manager Victor. What a team!! Aaljah- welcoming smile and very hospitable which made it nonstressful and pleasant. Victor being new to the area even Austin was showing Aaljah proper ways to complete a sale which goes along ways in my book!! "Lead by EXAMPLE" MICROMANAGING SUCKS Orginally went in for 1 5g tablet which is their deal right and made me a deal i could not resist.They totally hooked me up! In an up and coming neighborhood their presence is a refreshing sight so whether stopping by to welcome them or take advantage of what metro has going on for the month. Thanks for great experience! Highlu recommend!!

I've been a customer at Metro since 2005. My last three years living in Leander has been a horrible experience with this company. My daughter has had to replace a highly promoted phone 2x's. We're on the third phone and if we don't use the warranty they won't just replace the phone. If the same phone warrantied or not doesn't work on the third try ... Come on. There's more but I digress. Just a disappointed long time customer

Worst metro ever, absolutely no customer service. She told me I had to get a phone from the store and a T-mobile phone won’t work. I was being treating as if I’m broke I have money I just only set aside 80 for my phone, she said it wasn’t enough because I had to by a phone. I then mentioned metro was prepaid, she argued with me that it wasn’t prepaid and said ?? “u have to pay before you leave out the door” lol isn’t that what prepaid is. I went down the street to the one on Loyola in less than 5 minutes my T-Mobile IPhone was activated. How is it I know more about metro and compatibility than that one employee at the manor location, you need to train your employees, so they at least know what kind of service they’re selling. It is not the employees fault it is management’s fault for failing to train their employees properly, If she had any training she would at least know that the service that is being sold ‘is called prepaid.’ The one man at the Loyola location was very helpful although there was many people in the store and I waited for 30 minutes (SHORT STAFF), but from the time I stepped to the counter to the time I was making a phone call was less than 5 minutes, 5 stars to Loyola. I wish I could give 0 Stars to Manor location ?? this all took place between 7pm and 8pm

I purchased a supposedly new K51 LG phone from the 5706 Manor Rd Austin location. I asked the sales person if my phone was new or refurbished because I didn't get to see him break the seal on the box. He said it was new, but why am I getting Candy crush music on my new phone when I don't even have the app, and it freezes up constantly during use. The right questions were asked during purchase, I don't think I was given truthful answers.

I switched to Metro PCS from Boost. They gave me the best phone I have ever had and my service works at my apartment now. I can even watch YouTube!â¤ï¸
