Bad, bad service. And the girl ripped me off with the new phone she suggested. She claimed it was 5G. It was not. This is the only store where I have received bad service and misleading sales pitch. Never again at this location.

Josh was really professional with me and helped me really understand the plans and what I was getting. The phone I got was perfect for all my needs. He really listened to what I needed the phone for and matched me with the perfect phone. Not to mention he set the phone up and got all my CONTACTS back he is really smart and I highly recommend him and this store. If you have any problems ask for josh! ?

Very bad people. They lied to me and took my money. Don't trust this location. Store owner won't own up to problems, instead he fires or "relocates" employees to brush problems away instead of fixing them. Worst store in town. Don't waste your time.

They Are LIARS. DO NOT GO HERE! they will "guarantee" things then go back and claim they never said that. Worst experience ever. The manager was supposed to calm me several time and never called once. HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

This would be a zero star! Worst customer service ever. I came in there to purchase a new LG Stylo 6 that another store referred me to. I drove all the way across town to purchase this phone to be refused. She told me I couldn't out right by my phone she's trying to say that I needed a new SIM card and I needed to activate it or I had to purchase a new line of service. After I went home I called the store back to get the manager's name they refused to give me their names and proceeded to hang up on me like I was nothing. they are the rudest most disrespectful two individuals I have encountered dealing with MetroPCS and this is the first time I have had a bad experience with MetroPCS in 2 years. I do not recommend the store to anybody take the extra time to drive down the street and go to the next one. These people are out of control. $300 I was going to pay and they refused my sale. Have a great day.

This is a great location to take care of any cell phone needs. Awesome staff ( Erica & jacklin) very professional employees with good hand hands on skills with phones. This location is very clean and family oriented they made me feel comfortable and welcomed awesome work amphier!
