Love that the people mind their own business AND are cordial. NO COCKROACHES or pet poop to step on is a WIN!

If you want to be woken up every flipping morning at 3:30-4AM This is the place for you. IT LITERALLY SOUNDS LIKE MY UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR IS RUNNING ON A TREADMILL. Heck I honestly don’t know what’s going on here. I complain to the office each time it happened. Nothing is being done. I have been told to call the Ranger when it happens. I’ve called left several messages and still nothing. At this point I’ll have to sleep in my car AGAIN!!!I AM NOT A HAPPY RESIDENT HERE!!!

Mesa Verde is the best place we have ever lived. We love the events, the team is super responsive and helpful, and the amenities are 10/10!! You can easily walk over to the Domain to enjoy shopping and restaurants. They have free yoga classes! The neighbors are also very friendly :)

I would like to share my favorite photos from Mesa Verde. Probably a more detailed review is better to write after move out.

I was force to move out because my apartment was the last to get renovated, completely remodeled, gutted, everything in the garbage all the way down to the cement!! This was almost 4 years ago!! Now they sent me to collections, for $850 dollars saying I damage the floor because my 3 pound emotional support dog pee on the vinyl floor and the cement was soiled lol now this apartment has been around since 1993. The fact that a collection company would agree to take this shows how many dumb people are in this world I would stay far away from Mesaverde. This was back in 2019 when Covid hit and they shut all the facility down. We could not use anything and we didn’t get reduced rent F this place oh I also had a doggie door with fake grass on the patio so little Chico could go outside to potty.

We really had high hopes when we moved in but as time has progressed things have gone bad. One, main reason for moving in is we were told we were part of the hospital power grid. NOPE! One strong wind and you have no power, no internet and no TV. Number 2, Spectrum is the only service provider and Greystar signed a contract with them so despite them constantly having outages/sporadic speed you have no choice. Third, the flooding while a one time major incident was the slowest turnaround time ever. I know insurance was the issue but guess what-residents don't care. We want our amenities. We pay for them whether a fee or in our rent. Last, please put up some freaking speed signs or bumps. I have almost been hit several times whether walking or driving as some in the complex have no respect for their neighbors. Btw, the front office staff and maintenance crew are very nice and not the problem. They have to follow what they are given and do a good job. No complaints there. I can only assume they hear these complaints all the time.

The apartment was nice, complex was well equipped with a nice gym and a pool. For the first 6 months it was great and was easily a 4 star, price was the only thing that was the only thing keeping it from 5.The last 6 months were awful. The gym closed due to flooding, which is fair, but it took them about 5 months to get it running again. The outdoor grills were not serviced often and other tenants would leave them in such poor conditionMesa Verde charged us for 4 days of pro rated rent because they "only do move outs on fridays". So rather than allowing us to move out on the 1st and have no remaining balance, they tacked on 4 days worth of additional rent and sent an email once it was late. I'm not sure why but this instance and last months rent the autopay system was not working so I was assessed a late fee as well. Not an awful place to live all together but our experience was sub par.

Update: They reached out and have been really great after apologizing for lack of coms and we should be getting right back on track.Unfortunately my neighbors water heater broke and flooded my apartment. I’ve been without floors for 2 weeks now and was told it could take up to a month to get new floors. They refused to move me to a new unit and refused to discount any rent (the rent had a significant increase from last year). In addition, communication has been terrible. I’m having to call for updates instead of getting updates/timelines from the office. Our gym has also been closed for a few months now and I’ve received 1 update since it’s been closed. It’s a shame because the community was great last year but the past few months have started to tarnish that.

5 stars! Perfect transition moving from NYC to Austin. Two minute drive to the Domain, or a 15 minute walk. The pool areas, gym, and the dog wash area were my favorites. The staff was always so thoughtful. We appreciated the random get togethers and free food at the club house. Highly recommend ?

The best community around Domain area.I have been a resident at Mesa Verde since 2022 and I extended my lease this year as well. The amenities like gym, pool, Clubhouse are all so good. House amenities like dishwasher, washer dryer are all stainless steel and modern. I feel safe taking walks in the evening. The location is so convenient being right by the Domain and Mopac highway

Mesa verde has decent enough floor plans and some good community events but it price gouges residents quite heavily. My rent went up nearly 20% from 2021 to 2022 and I am expecting them to try and raise my rent again this year. On top of that, maintenance is lack luster at times. It took 3 weeks to get my broken AC fixed and I was only offered a $100 gift card for my trouble. Additionally my car was broken into at the apartments and they still wanted to charge me to replace the stolen gate opening fob. Overall I would try to steer clear unless their management style changes because they’re way too focused on corporate policies and don’t seem to stray from them when assisting you.
