Delivery was the worst first the wrong items scratch my wall then again the items scratch for the third time the mirror was broken after three weeks still waiting. Don’t waste you time and money with this guys

Went in looking for a sofa. Was greeted by Jesse Machado who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spoke with us for a few minutes regarding what we were looking for and let us browse on our own, stating he was available anytime if we had questions. We found a sofa and loveseat combo that we loved. Jesse told us all about it and gave us a very fair price, which we then purchased. Highly recommend Mega Furniture and Jesse Machado!

My experience with Mega Furniture has been a rollercoaster of highs and lows. On the positive side, some of the furniture that I ordered for the living room has arrived and is of excellent quality so far. On the other hand, the support I received from the sales team and delay on all my bedroom furniture has been atrocious. I purchased my items a month out and two months later I have yet to receive them with "No ETA" available. The salespersons response to me wanting my money back so I can go elsewhere to purchase a bedroom set (currently this bed is on the floor) was to send me a picture saying I signed a paper at sale that stated they are not responsible for any delays. Keep in mind when I purchased the furniture, I was told the items were reserved and would be available the next month when I needed them delivered. He then proceeded to say that if I wanted my money back, I would need to pay a 40% restocking fee. A 40% restocking fee for an item that has no ETA on being available again… an absolute joke in my opinion.
My salesperson then proceeded to say they were "looking into it" and a week later and I have yet to hear anything back.
So, if you do not require any support/assistance after the sale you will have a great experience. Just don’t expect the delivery team to properly setup your furniture and don’t expect follow up from the sales team on items that were supposedly reserved for you. You’ll just be waiting 2+ months for furniture you paid for with the best answer being “there is currently no ETA on these items”.

My fiancé and I went there about a month ago to get couches for our new apartment. They didn't have the one we wanted but, Jessie found us a couch better than the one we wanted. He got us financing and the couch is amazing! Definitely come see Jessie if you need some furniture for the house. This guy will work his butt off to get you the best fit for your lifestyle at the best price.

Cannot stress enough not to give these scam artists your money. My walls will never be the same. I have spent weeks and hours calling them to fix their damaged furniture they pawned on me, they have delivered 3 damaged beds to date and just keep ignoring my calls. PLEASE PLEASE do not buy here. Reported to my credit card company for incomplete transaction and the BBB.

Christina was wonderful!!! Upfront and honest from the get go. She explained how things would read on the signs, allowed us time to look around and bombarded us with questions. We never had the feeling of being followed while we took our time to shop. It was the PERFECT experience. We didn’t feel pushed, or swayed to buy anything. We ended up finding exactly what we wanted. Christina helped us measure, and rearranged things to help us visualize exactly how things were going to look in our home upon delivery. That’s another perk of shopping a family owned business. The wait time for delivery is just a little over a week. So much faster than any other delivery time frame we’ve had before! Their prices were phenomenal compared to competitors too! I highly recommend asking for Christina she’ll do you right, and take great care of you.

Christine provided an great experience during our furniture shopping trip. After a long day of browsing for the right pieces ahead of our move to a new home, we finally found what we were looking for at Mega Furniture. Although we had seen good options elsewhere, the atmosphere just didn’t feel right until we walked into Mega Furniture.
Christine greeted us warmly and introduced herself right away. She then gave us the space to explore and test out various sofas and tables at our own pace. Once we decided on a few pieces, she expertly assisted us in securing a great price and arranging delivery.
What really stood out was her attention to detail—she made sure we had adequate space for the furniture, a consideration that hadn’t been emphasized at other stores but was crucial for us. Overall, the buying experience was smooth and satisfying. I’m looking forward to returning for a bedroom set once we’re settled into our new home.

Mega furniture showed me great customer service.They were willing to work with me on getting me exactly what I wanted. Mariana was a huge help in this process. She had great people skills & is very to the point. I found mega furniture to have great deals along with quality products as well. Definitely would recommend going there for anyone looking for amazing deals!! Also ask for Mariana she’s awesome!!
