“I was in a panic trying to either get a new power chair for my disabled son or get the one we have repaired. Josh went above and beyond in helping me untangle the web of dealing with Medicare. But, when it was determined my son is not eligible for a new chair at this time, Josh asked me what the problem was with the chair we have. After describing the situation, Josh walked me step-by-step how to re-engage the drive on the chair. I've spent literally hours on the phone trying to get someone to help resolve the problem to no avail. That is, until I was lucky enough to get Josh on the phone. His professionalism and caring were beyond compare and a life saver for this 76-year old mother. The burden he lifted from my shoulders by just taking the time to talk it out and walk me through it is indescribable. I highly recommend this business!”

“My name is David Powell and I have been on oxygen 3 weeks now after a 5 day stay in ICU and 2 additional days in regular hospital room. I had never been on oxygen in my life (68 years).
Reese at Rotech delivered our equipment to hospital room upon discharge on October 11th. Two days later Damian with Rotech delivered the balance of my equipment to our home. Damian went above and beyond what we expected!! He was very thorough in explaining the operation of the equipment. He made absolutely sure he left us with no questions unanswered. He literally cared about me and my condition and could tell we needed guidance for our peace of mind!!
So today we received our first reorder of the smaller "portable" D oxygen bottles. Dion Cooper was the delivery / service person. Another outstanding young man!! He took the time to show my wife how to clean the concentrator air filter. We visited about my condition and he literally cared about what happened to me and just has the best attitude!!
We have had the best experience with Rotech beginning with Reese. And now the best service and guidance from Damian and Dion!! Rotech can be proud and assured that their company is represented by such fine, caring and knowledgeable employees.

“The store was so organized and the customer service was AMAZING.
I went into the store 1 hour before closing time and let Tariq know what type of scrubs I was looking for. He helped me right away and gave me some ideas as it was my first time buying scrubs. Chloe did an amazing job helping me make sure I chose the correct pant size for my height. I also was able to get an extra pair of pants easily shipped to my apartment in a timely manner. I am so happy with my purchase. I will definitely be shopping here again soon!”
