Took our car in to diagnose a noise while driving. Report said there was no noise, but that we need brake pads. Dropped our car off on a Monday, and after five phone calls over three days, was told on Wednesday that our car hadn’t even been looked at yet. When I arrived to pick up the car there were no other cars in the bays, so no idea why a simple brake job couldn’t have been seen to. Don’t waste your time with these lazy crooks, who will lie to you and say the car is still being worked on.

Ryan and the other lady who was at the front desk (I didn’t get her name, my apologies) were super helpful, friendly, and took care of me in a timely manner.

I screwed my work truck up pretty badly. I neglected the brakes for an embarrassingly long period of time. One pad was able to grip only with the use of the emergency brake, I think. Anyway, the truck couldn’t even be pulled into a bay; it weighs 6k lbs and they couldn’t stop it. That means some poor tech/mechanic got stuck working on it in the parking lot in this heat. It took them about 2 days after and it works wonderfully now. I didn’t shop around for pricing options so I can’t say for certain “best deal in town “ but it may be for all I know. Either way, I asked a tall order out of them and they delivered.

I can highly recommend the Sun Auto Service at the Bee Cave location. I moved to this area 5 months ago and I was in dire need of a shop since my 2018 VW Atlas did not start that day. I went to Sun Auto Service and bought a new battery which took care of the problem initially. After driving a few miles, the warning sign came on that the battery was not charging. I brought the car to Sub Auto Serve where they immediately took care of my car and checked it out. I have to say that I was not able to make an appointment before. They found the problem quickly and replaced the faulty alternator. My car was done right the next day. On top of that they also sent me a courtesy pick up since I was. not able to pick up my car . The management staff and their technicians are competent, professional and very customer service oriented. Thank you Brooke, Ryan and Christian for taking care of a new customer.
