I originally gave this establishment 5 stars, but my trust was very misplaced. It was 6 months ago I received an oil change, and yesterday I had an engine knock (not saying this is or is not correlated), so I had it seen at a European shop (BMW). They found the filter, quite literally crushed inside because it wasn't the right type. I knew better but I shouldn't have let them put 0W30 into a non-performance car with over 100k on the dash, it's just negligent. If you have the N52 Engine do not take your car here or you WILL get the wrong filter. I DIY my maintenance and care about the longevity of my car so this is irreconcilable.

The staff and Lamb's is thoughtful, helpful and they are problem solvers. I was really impressed with the service and I would definitely recommend them.

Very quick and good service for wheel alignment. I called ahead and Michael was very helpful. I was able to walk in for a wheel alignment and my car was ready quicker than the time they quoted. The employees were professional and helpful, but also down to earth and made me feel welcomed.

They told me to arrive at 8 am today to avoid a wait. Then they told me it would be two hours. I promptly left. Do not recommend. Was able to go down the street and get an oil change with 15 minutes at another place.

I originally went to the South Lamar location with a quote, which they then told me the services would be $200 more than the quote. I came to this location after, and Michael was extremely friendly & helpful, and honored the quote without any hassle. I left my car thinking they would need it overnight, but they completed the service within 2 hours. I highly recommend this location!
