Don't care about their customers. Can't get their act together. I made an appointment four weeks in advance. Got there they didn't greet me. Had to wait 20 minutes before anyone spoke to me. Finally I got someone to accept my appointment. She had no record of appointments, even though I was getting text notifications of the appointment. She had no record of me as a customer. Didn't know why I was coming. Told me to wait all day before they could look at the car.

We ordered a 2022 VW ID.4 through Charles Maund and it took about a year to receive it because of the pandemic, supply chain issues, the war in Ukraine, etc. (I don't fault the dealership for this. The delays were beyond their control.) During that year, Jessica was our main contact at the dealership and she is awesome. She was very responsive to all of our questions, provided regular updates, and always made us feel like valued customers. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, she called us and had the car detailed and ready for pick-up within a few hours. She also had the paperwork waiting for us when we arrived and we were in and out within 45 minutes, which was the fastest and smoothest experience we've ever had when buying a car. The bottom line: Jessica provided concierge-level service and Maund is very lucky to have her! And we love our new car.

I'm gonna go ahead and give the service department 5 stars. It is busy and their waiting room (for now isn't the nicest) but it's fine - and there's a remodel in process. The responsiveness and professionalism from the staff is very good. I've been twice and they're very communicative about the process from start to finish - and everyone listens. There's an automated way to see on your phone where your car is through the process but my experience is the staff are talking to you sooner than the app. I'm not a fan of the founder's republican politics - but their team that's working is solid.

My past experiences have been positive but more recently my experience has left much to be desired. Their service team informed me it was a 2 week wait for an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They let me know if I came in just for an oil change it could be complete any time (first come first served) though Service Express, however the tire rotation was only an option through an appointment? So I moved forward with the appointment. Upon arrival to the dealership 2 weeks later I was told my wait time would be 2.5 hours, as my appointment was for a discussion with a service advisor and NOT for the actual service itself. Very strange... I was assured that's just how things are done at Maund VW now. You can no longer make an appointment for normal services and must wait in line, which doesn't work well for many of those working during the week. I'd recommend that Maund VW communicate better with their customers and honor appointments when they set them. The updated service model is less than ideal.

I've been in this place two times, and I don't have anything bad to say..quick service, excellent customer service, great quality service. My Jetta is in optimal condition!

Went in after 3 months with a slow leak on a tire that they replaced right away not charge. Just did the 1 year, 10k maintenance: Made appt. via web, took and hour and a half and I was on my way for now charge. Was able to walk to Tuesday Mornings to shop and Hilbert's to eat while I was waiting. Tony make a follow up phone call too. Still waiting for the bad experiences people mention here but hasn't happened yet! Follow up: Two more vw's later and everything's great.

Faulty windshield broke from the inside- customer service wasn't helpful - gave me the run around at Charles Maund, gave me hope that it if the crack came from the inside it might be covered. Took off work and came in just to be told none of that was true, need to pay for part/ install and Kelly service person isn't even here 20 minutes after I'd said I'd be here with the car. Expected better service than this dealership on a new tiguan.

They were incredibly helpful, patient and accommodating. Took my car in right away, did what they had to do...I love their video inspection they share with you. A far cry from the service departments at some NYC Dealerships where they treat you like they are doing you a favor. At Maund, they care about your business...aces...will return.
