“Loved the selection of online mattress I found the one I wanted online but wanted to be able to experience it in person. Most mattress companies only sell certain brands. This store all of the most highly rated ones o that can only be accessed online. If you look up these brands you will see they make the top rated lists. They even have organic one like Avocado.”

“Dean was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process…he explained the varying mattress options well, and we liked working with him.
The only reason I cannot give five stars is the potential for unused discounts for an item that is priced at nearly $4000 and routinely marked up over 50%. For instance, we received a discount for being a veteran, but then could not use the 15% coupon we received for signing up for text messages (that coupon is only valid on a couple of mattresses in the entire store…a bit of a scam in my opinion). Additionally, we could not apply a $300 store credit that was offered for our mattress due to the veteran discount of 15%. We were told no “double dipping.” Again, for an item with a HUGE mark up…routinely over 50% and sometimes over 900% (look it up), mattress companies should offer every discount they can to satisfy customers and get more referrals for their business. I would recommend looking to other mattress stores to compare out-the-door prices on similar mattresses.”

“So I show up just before closing on a Friday night. Explained I had been on the road for a few days and needed a mattress “now”. Chris could have said we are closing and sent me elsewhere. Instead he took the time to share his wealth of knowledge and help me pick the right mattress for me. But then… he went over the top and researched other stores to find what I wanted. Next Chris went with me to another location that was already closed and helped me load my new mattress into my truck so I could have it today. Boy was it heavy, two of us had to work hard at loading it. Wait for it… there is more! Chris offered to follow me home to my apartment to offload so I was not stuck alone with the wonderful very heavy PREMIUM PURPLE MATTRESS. The world needs more like Chris and if you need a mattress … go find Chris ?”
