Frederic was very helpful when my husband and I were picking out a new king mattress. He was extremely kind and had such a great personality. Service was efficient. Once our selection was made, the fine tuned details did not take long to complete. Frederic was the only person working that night as well and was managing other customers at the time too. Very impressive. Great customer service. He needs a raise!
