Brian helped me out, he is very knowledgeable and patient. I came in to purchase a bed about 30mins before close. He helped me decide which might be the best fit and explaining the tech behind the mattresses. This was my first time buying a mattress in store and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Steven was quick and thourough... we felt heard and he addressed all our concerns.. The bed we need wasnt in the store to try so we went to the closest mattress firm that had it and there Bruce was also super professional and helped answer all the questions we needed.. Mattress firm rules!!!!. Steven ordered up the mattress for us - what great teamwork.. they were both super conscientious of what we needed for long-term health with budget in mind!.
