Doc at the Austin location was so incredibly helpful. I had to cancel my mattress order from a different business and desperately needed to find one on a time crunch. He made the process so smooth and painless and was able to get us a good deal on my mattress. He is incredible!!!

Very easy purchase. Visited the Bee Cave store in Austin and had a great experience with Doc as he just gave us the information we needed and answered all our questions. Had to pick the mattress up in a different state once we got to our daughter’s dorm to check sizing and the ability to get the mattress up to the 7th floor. We called Doc and the process of a phone purchase and pick up was so smooth and easy!!! Thank you Doc and Mattress Firm for making a stressful experience easy and rewarding!
