I had a wonderful sales experience with Bethany at the Mattress Firm store in Westlake located in Austin, Texas. She answered all my questions regarding buying the right queen mattress and box spring for a platform bed that I have ordered. She has a very easy and pleasant personality along with product knowledge regarding the various mattress lines offered. I have purchased bedding from this Mattress Firm store the past and highly recommend the store and Bethany for your next mattress purchase!

Lauren was awesome! She was super friendly, patient, and really knows her stuff. I had a ton of questions, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was being sold to. She actually helped me figure out what I really needed instead of just pushing the most expensive thing.
It’s rare to find someone that thorough and easy to work with. If you’re shopping for a mattress, definitely go see Lauren at the Westlake Mattress Firm — she’ll take great care of you.

Bethany was a life saver! When the mattress I ordered last month was no longer available (delivered scheduled for next day!), I stopped in the Austin store to test alternatives. She quickly found one that was comfortable and in stock. Very nice, professional and helpful! I highly recommend her!

I had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm! Nick went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of—even keeping the store open an extra 10 minutes so we could find our perfect pillows. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. Truly great customer service and I’ll definitely be back for future purchases.

Jannel is a rockstar! If we could give 10 stars I would rate her 11! She worked diligently to help us find the perfect mattress and was so kind and resourceful. She worked out the delivery to be same-day as we were experiencing back pain from our current mattress and I just can’t say enough about her capability. Thank you Jannel, we couldn’t be more appreciative!
