My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm today. Chad was our sales person. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the various mattresses throughout the store. He worked with us to make certain we received a great deal. We are very pleased with the mattress we selected, and the entire process took about 35 minutes altogether.

Lauren was exceptional! From the minute we walked in to the second we walked out! She answered all our of questions & was nice enough to let us try multiple mattresses as well as answering and accommodating to all of our needs and requests.
