Jake was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and knew all the products very well. He was able to answer all questions we had and helped steer us in the right direction with our purchase. He offered personal insight and was not pushy. Jake was able to get us a new king size mattress, adjustable frame, and a really nice mattress cover at a great price! We will definitely be doing all of our business from now on with Jake at Matress Firm!

Fabulous experience from the time we walked in to the store, throughout the shopping experience (just enough help without being overbearing) and while loading the car. I highly recommend the Bee Cave location.

Very good experience. First time to buy a king mattress and got great assistance. The delivery was on time and fast since there was no mattress to take back. Also got 2 expensive pillows. Mine Purple pillow is great. The other came in a weird box and looked like it fell down a flight of stairs. Opened it and my wife said it was way too heavy so we returned it. Was never used. The supervisor gave us a refund even though the receipt said it was not returnable. 5 stars all the way around.
