Our experience is above our expectations. The agent that attended us was friendly informative kind thoughtful and educated us throughly on the mattress. We are very pleased with our experience. The entire process was seamless and easy. We will be recommending our friend and family as well.

Sunday morning my husband and I were interested in buying a new mattress for our king size bed. As we walk in the salesman approaches us so I tell him that we are browsing through first just to get an idea on the type of mattress we need. He then tells us how it’s a Black Friday sale and that it won’t last with ( tone) an attitude then walks away and disappears so we left. Good business sense for any sales person is to be friendly, kind and respectful and offer any service. Please do not take any opportunity for granted. We will not be coming back to this store.

Rory did an excellent job explaining the best mattress for my back needs. I'm a side sleeper with back pain. He presented a firm mattress with the controls to raise my feet, head, and middle. He showed different models and I tried each one out. He presented me with the best, current price for my chosen mattress. Rory was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my questions. There was no high pressure selling which I liked. I also bought a mattress cover which suited my needs. This is the second mattress I've bought from this Mattress Firm location. I give 5 stars to this experience, plus my earlier experience.
