Had an outstanding experience at Mattress Gallery Direct! They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress, showing us over 10 options until we found the most comfortable one. Initially, they mentioned they might not be able to deliver on time, but to our surprise, they arranged an earlier delivery! The delivery team was fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly. The owner of the business did a wonderful job showing us around and helping us explore the different mattresses they have in the show room. We were able to determine what firmness fits us best and are very pleased with our mattresses. Everyone we dealt with, the owner and the delivery people, were all very nice and just wonderful to deal with. Very happy with the entire experience!

I am so happy with this service! Austin was great! He worked with me and gave me an amazing deal! I explained my work situation and he patiently waited for me. The delivery guys were very efficient and professional. The delivery was supposed to be from 3-5pm and by 2:48pm my bed was already set in my room! If there were more stars I’d give them all cause they really went above and beyond!!!

Austin was phenomenal. Well educated on the product. His process and customer service was outstanding. The bed we have now is wonderful it’s taking some getting used to but the sleep has been next level.
