Master Repair has been great to me and my banged up cars over the years. That are honest, friendly, responsible and have always communicates with me regarding g the status of my vehicles. The whole group are a great bunch of people. Cynthia and Miguel treat my like an old friend even though I have been there THAT many times My cars look beautiful when they come out of the shop. I really have never had such a great experience with any other body shop. Recommendations are all FIVES.

Ally doesn't seem like an honest person. She gave a rough estimate after seeing a photo and stated that it would most likely be higher upon further inspection. Even when the in-person inspection was completed, she still said the cost might be higher later on. Having been to eight different auto body shops in Austin, she is the only person who didn't provide a solid quote or copy of the estimate. She said there would be a charge to have it printed out because she used "knowledge" and "labor" to come up with an estimate. Her behavior is suspicious.

Cynthia worked with us and our insurance to fix my husband’s truck like new after we were in an accident. They did an awesome job and everyone I talked to in the office was always very kind and helpful. Anytime I need collision repair I will go to them from now on.

My car looked like a golf ball after the hail storm in September, and the crew at Master Repairs did an amazing job of making it look like new again. The customer service was phenomenal, and the communication was even better! I hope you're not in a position to need their service, but if you are I definitely recommend this shop to have your repairs done.

Phenomenal communication and very friendly staff. Cynthia and the team kept me updated the entire time my hail damage was being repaired, and the finished result looks like I have a brand new car. Was worth the wait and I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need another car repair.

The woman who worked on Nov 29 was awful.They scheduled me a wrong drop-off time, refused to take my car when I arrived since parking my car in their garage would cost thousands, and blamed everything on me. Very rude. My time was not respected. The woman said she was not comfortable with my case when I tried to argue with her, and then she ridiculously asked me to find another body shop to fix my car. Do Not Watste Your Precious Time on This Terrible Shop. You won't have a basic right here.

My 7-year-old Ford Fusion was hit in a hail storm. It was deemed as a total loss by my insurance company after I sent it in. From my understanding, that meant the body shop would lose my business, but they were still very friendly and responsive until everything got settled. Cynthia offered to drive me home after my last visit to pick up my belongings. I will definitely consider them if my next car ran into a problem (well, hopefully not again).

Best body shop experience ever. Took in my 18yr old pickup to get hail damage repaired and got it back looking better than ever. They went above and beyond just fixing hail damage, cleaning up the old grill and overall made it look almost new again. Cynthia made the whole process easy and worked with me and my insurance to make sure I got quality parts. Can't say enough good things about these guys!Services: Painting

A week after giving my daughter my sporty baby (2013 Ford Focus) she decided to test how well Ford made the front end by tapping the van in front of her at 25mph. My Focus did not fare so well. Cynthia and the team at Master Repairs took in my baby and gave me a very competitive quote knowing I was paying out of pocket. Communication was superb and nothing was added to the bill unless I cleared its need. Cynthia has great resources for all parts any vehicle might need for its repair and the prices are fair. The finished product is the best review of their work and she is better than before. Really couldn’t be more happy with their quality, professionalism and expertise✨

I’m sorry. I don’t know who the owner of that shop is but some woman claiming to be the owner was very rude to me because I had parked there momentarily on their parking lot to to install my license plate.
