I went in to purchase a Maserati I had inquired about. Now granted, it was a previously owned vehicle but nonetheless, it was still a Maserati and everything looked to be in excellent condition. I thought I asked all the right questions. They didn't budge on anything, ok. This was a purchase-now when I leased my Alfa Romeo in the past I was at least given the extended damage warranty's at no cost, zero, nada, not a dime from me!! I actually purchased another Alfa Stelvio brand new, cash, and was still offered plenty of free incentives. But I guess I was dealing with a different dealership so I shouldn’t have the same customer service expectations.
I was returning my Alfa lease to Maserati and had been getting my vehicle serviced here during my lease since the Alfa dealership had shut down so please understand why Maserati is involved.
I understand I bought the vehicle "as is" but they duped me into believing that the seats were in good shape when in fact they had put some sort of red polish to cover a black stain on the passenger side (see pics). Not a very way to do business. This had actually ruined my friend’s linen pants!
I was also told that I should leave my plates on the car I was returning. I was so caught up in my new car that I didn't even realize how wrong that was. Now I'm told I was supposed to return those plates to the tax collector.
Really?
I had even reached out to my salesperson (Eon) the day after our transaction because I thought I lost something in the dealership and he never responded.
My only positive experience in all of this was meeting the finance manager, Jaime. She was a true professional. Other than that I was very disappointed with everything else. I do wish I had gotten the extended warranty on the navigation system because I’m fearful of what may happen next with car considering my experience so far.
Please just mail me my plates.

The service team at Maserati made my experience incredibly seamless. I really appreciate the clear communication throughout the process regarding the service on my vehicle. I give them 4.75 stars, Google will round up to 5. I had a very positive buying experience, purchasing a CPO 2022 Levante. I only take off 1/4 star because the car’s exterior paint had no wax, and so contaminants had adhered to the surface. Partly my fault for not noticing at the dealership. After about 4 hours of cleaning it in the driveway (washing, clay bar, and waxing) I got the Levante up to showroom quality. BTW the interior was flawless! Thanks Eon and the rest of the team!

Exceptional Experience at Maserati of Austin - Highly Recommend!
After enduring a frustrating car-buying journey with Maserati dealerships in both Dallas and Houston, I finally visited Maserati of Austin. In hindsight, I should have started here from the beginning since I live in Austin, but better late than never! The experience was nothing short of phenomenal, thanks to my brand ambassador, Yaro Egerev, and finance manager, Jaimie Stanion.
Yaro was simply outstanding. He treated me with the utmost respect and provided the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Yaro was professional, efficient, and incredibly fast. He secured a great interest rate for me and made the entire process, from selecting the vehicle to closing the deal, seamless. The trade-in process was equally smooth—quick and hassle-free. Yaro truly understood that as a car buyer, I value a straightforward experience without feeling rushed or pressured. Everything about Maserati of Austin is by the book and legitimate.
Once the sales process was complete, I moved on to financing, which can often be the most daunting part of buying a car. However, Jaimie Stanion made this part of the experience just as enjoyable. She was informative and helpful, allowing me to make my own decisions with ease. Jaimie’s approach was both informative and efficient, ensuring that I fully understood my options. It was a refreshing change to work with someone who genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. There was no grumpy old finance manager here—quite the opposite!
Overall, I can’t speak highly enough about Maserati of Austin and the team. Yaro Egerev and Jaimie Stanion made this an exceptional car-buying experience. If you want a no-pressure, informative, and truly enjoyable experience, Maserati of Austin is the place to go!

These guys went above and beyond. I bought this Material QP on impulse one evening. They stayed late, stored my other car, picked me up the next morning and gave me great all around customer service.
I had a minor issue a week after I bought the Trofeo. The manager called me back in minutes, from the hospital, where his wife was about to go into labor. He sent someone to pick the car up and had it fixed the same day. They stored it for me while I was in Europe. When my wife picked it up the plates were already there.
If that's not enough, they sent this amazing gift box full of Italian goodies. You don't see service if this level very often any more.
Thanks to everyone at Austin Maserati.

very good salesperson but the car was not what i expected i purchased a 2018 maserati grand turismo on line the salesman kinda told me everything about the car but forgot to tell me some of the big problems such as the car was involved in a front end collision even though it did not show up on a car fax my mechanic told and showed me the car a
was involved in a front end collision there was pieces broken off and body dust all over the engine compartment from the sanding that was done i think i should have been told this before purchasing the vehicle being i did a on line sale also every rim was damaged very bad another large cost to repair. I asked for floor mats they sure gave me floor mats the drivers side mat has holes in it the rug panel on the drivers side compartment was all worn out and my mechanic looked and and said the reason why this happened because after the collision it was never installed properly also i failed to mention that the headlight on the drivers side is loose and bounces all over when riding on a bumpy roads
this was most likely never installed properly after the collision
so in all Iam very disappointed with this car i purchased and i traded in a 2013 mercedes sl 550 in excellent condition for car this dealership is very bad i would say away from this dealership
there are also many other things to much to list i know i didnt purchase a new car but buying a car from a maserati dealership i expected something better then i received also i failed to mention the back of the drivers seat the foam and the leather seat backing hanging and in need of repairs there was nothing wrong with your sales man because if u told him the car was involved in a accident he would have informed on this problem and the accident was not listed on a car fax but the car was involved in a accident there was body dust all over the engine compartment some of plastic brackets under the hood broken and the drivers side loose and ready to fall out if this was told to me i would have never purchased the car i would like to add to the review as i keep working on this car the problems keep coming the carpet mats with holes in them the glove box that wont open that cost me 375.00 for the locking mechanism
and i did the installation had all the rims refinished at 125.00 per rim in general the car was a mess i did not expect from a maserati dealership i would have been better off if i had purchased the car for a side of the road dealership and to think i traded in a mercedes benz that was in excellent condition very very disappointed i would not advise anyone to purchase a used car from this dealership i would like to add some more to the review i went to motor vehicles to transfer the title and register the car and i could not do it because the paper work that was done by maserati of Austin was not completed as it should have been another waste of time i purchased many of cars but this by far is the worst experience i ever encountered.
a total disappointment and when to try to talk to these people i emailed the owner and he never responded as i figured that he would not

DONT go to this location at all....
I was in communication with Roy Tauriello for a Blue Levante. He provided a quote and assured me of its availability. I confirmed with him before driving from Dallas to Austin and even checked in during my drive. He confirmed the car was available until I was just thirty minutes away, when he informed me it was sold after I followup. This miscommunication wasted my entire day with a 7-hour round trip. Very disappointed with the service and lack of timely communication.

After a few weeks of research and test drives, I finally settled on purchasing a car from Maserati of Austin. I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Cody guided me through the purchasing process, ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted within my budget. The after-sales service was also excellent, working with Jaimie, the Finance Manager. She answered all my questions and got me the financing and monthly payment that I wanted. Overall, I highly recommend Maserati of Austin to anyone in the market for a high-quality luxury car.

The entire experience was good. It restored some faith in dealerships. Roy was fantastic to work with. Finance was crazy fast, but thorough. I can’t remember her name, but the lady who did our paperwork was organized, knowledgeable and fun to work with.
