I bought a new Seiko King Turtle but I cannot abide a cyclops. So I had John Hood remove the cyclops and regulate it and now it is everything I want. I took another watch (Wise Watch Co. "Hitman") in and had John regulate it and now it gains or loses about a second a day. John is fantastic!

Excellent job at fixing a screw that had backed out from my Seiko diver. Took him 5 minutes and only $20. Have been wearing the watch for the past month with no further issues. Great service and very fair pricing.

Brought one of my watches to get it serviced for a minor issue and got told that it is "$370 because it is an automatic movement". Rudness and incompetency . Won't advice or come back.PS: Another watchsmith solved it in 15 minutes and for $45.

Highly recommend! I walked in I had my watch resized (Not here) and one of the screws was backing out a bit. He was happy to get the screw secured and also added some loctite so it wouldn’t back out again. Free of charge, great customer service!
