To say the least, I'm very disappointed and even betrayed. Before the sale, I thought she was the best realtor I've dealt with thus far. But after the purchase of my home, I saw a change in the level of customer care. Unfortunately, this house has needed a ton of improvements and has been a lemon that has piled more debt on me than I could ever imagine. She promised to hook me up with repair services to help with some needed safety renovations. This didn't happen. Then, my property was gets valued at over 200k over the purchase price. According to TARB, I missed my protest deadline by two weeks. After hitting road block aftercroad block, I kept asking for her help in getting this resolved. After multiple attempts at contacting her through phone, text, and emailing TARB responses, sending her the escrow statements, etc. I've been met with total silence. Now, my mortgage payments are half of my monthly take-home pay. Add to that the maintenance costs, I can barely afford my home. Thank you so much for nothing. It's obvious to me that she takes advantage of first-time and inexperienced home buyers. This has done serious damage in my trust in the real estate business PERIOD.
