Do NOT! shop online with the business!!! I ordered on March 16th 2022! its now June 23 2022!! and I still haven't received anything. no tracking no response to emails. Nothing!! Shady business!!Order number 99087!! The FTC has a 30 day rule to ship product and its been over three months!Dont get scammed!! Warning!!

Order two shirts from this brand almost a month ago. Just received a confirmation email and that was it. Still haven’t received my order nor a tracking number for it. Tried to get in contact with them over phone and email still nothing. Sent a dm to the brands page, was told they would update my account and my package is on its way. This was 3 weeks ago and same result nothing. Bad business man.

I am never one to write reviews but by god this is the worst experience I have ever had. I was scammed out of $80 from these people. I approached them on several different platforms to see where my order was that i purchased in mid February. They have read my messages and have said nothing. Please look elsewhere with business owners that take pride in their business, and not doing things for a quick buck.

very respectful cool business. i came to the new store in bee cave and loved everything that they do. always nice and helpful staff, owner is unbelievably good at coming out to the floor and interacting with customers, treats everyone very good.

I ordered shoes from here in May and never received the 211 shoes I ordered. I have emailed, called, and also went by the store location several times and it was never open!! Each time I went by the doors were locked but it said the location was open on Google? All I have gotten is the run around, all I ask is for a refund and no response!! This I the worse experience I have ever had with anyone!! There was not a refund posted in June I have statements to prove that!! Please show me on your end where it happened?

So we went into the location at the Domain and was so excited to see a street style store near us! They did end up moving out to Bee Cave but we randomly came across it again. We were super excited to see it didn’t close just moved. Shoes are great for what’s current. Clothes are unique and was excited to see that they carry some ESSENTIALS. I am a woman who loves street style and have a collection of Yezzys and men’s t shirts so when I saw one of of their own brand shirts with the saying Marvelous being and the back having their brand name and the outline of a face with lashes I knew I had to have it it was very unique and was happy to or something with their name on it. They were so helpful that they let me know I can order it even though they didn’t have my size in stock so I did and they said that shipping would be a week or less and I didn’t hear anything for a few days but the guy who is always there ( sorry don’t know his name) that rang me up ended up delivering it to me himself which was super customer oriented that I didn’t wait forever to get it. The ONLY down fall about this company is they sell out of everything SO fast. So if you get a chance to cop something don’t WAIT. You will miss out! Thank you guys for making us feel comfortable in your store! Will continue to shop here even though it’s a little bit of a drive! :)

This company is stealing from customers by not delivering products that have been paid for. I paid for a pair of ~$400 shoes on November 3, 2020, and never received them (now Feb. 2021); a dozen emails or phone calls were ignored or merely claimed that a "different division of the company" handled these issues (this is a mom-and-pop shop, not a multinational corporation). After filing a dispute with PayPal, an agent with PayPal said Magik's account was being permanently shut down and banned from using their services because "dozens" of such claims had been filed against Magik. I could go on, but suffices to say this company is not to be trusted or supported.EDIT GIVEN BUSINESS'S RESPONSE: First: I received two email responses from the company during the month of Nov. 2020 (stating that shipment would be soon); but from Dec. 2020 to date had received no response (nor shoes) until this response on Yelp? (See attached photo proof)Second: the claim of "racism" is beyond vile; during the week of Nov. 3 (election week), I went out of my way to do shop with black owned businesses; this included, only for example, buying a stack of BLM shirts from Kicking It, where proceeds were being donated to HBCUs, and buying these shoes from Magik (when they were available elsewhere at slightly better prices). Accordingly, the only mention of color or race that has been mentioned is the above, and the obvious fact of my resulting disappointment in finding myself being finessed by a bad apple. And now, add to what Magik is not above: "defending" itself by alleging racism? (See attached photo of communication with owner and the only mention of supporting black owned businesses.)This is not my first and only purchase with Magik, as my wife and I would occasionally visit their old store at the Domain (particularly when she was pregnant and looking for comfy but cute shoes); and in fact, during December before I realized I was being finessed I shopped there again buying $200 of socks. I gave this business every chance to do the right thing, but it appears beyond their character. Third and finally, in attempting to resolve this issue for the past 3 months and receive my money back, it's become clear I'm far from the only person who has received this treatment from Magik. I'll post just a few examples of feedback I've gotten from other businesses or collectors in the community. Also posting their "F" rating by the BBB. As for Magik's claims about PayPal: I guess all Incan do is trust the Pay Pal rep who reported this info rather than the company that stealing from me? I suppose everyone's free to try and use PayPal with the company to see (though at the time of this writing, their website is down and off the web - photo attached). NOTICE ALSO: Magik's own response suggesting that the "normal" way to do business with Magik is to dispute payments/initiate claims with the financial middle-man (in my case, PayPal), which supports PayPal agents claim that they've received "dozens" of such claims against Magik (attaching photo of Magik's claim in case they attempt to edit that little gem)Customers can read this and my attached photos, as well as the owner's rambling "response" alleging racism, and make conclusions for themselves.

was impressed, the store has a nationwide reputation and definitely deserves it. The staff is really friendly/talkative and helped me pick out some nice stuff. They all Definitely know style/fashion trends. I live full time in Tallahassee for school but if I need another pair of shoes I'm definitely buying them from here. The store itself is extremely clean, artsy, well maintained and beautifully designed. Can't wait to come back , love magik to the fullest!
