It is ironic and ridiculous how they respond perfunctorily the honest reviews with same way “we will address it with management” they deeply know they will not do or change anything. So here comes a quote from Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn: “we know that they are lying, they know that they are lying, they even know that we know they are lying, we also know that they know we know they are lying too, they of course know that we certainly know they know we know they are lying too as well, but they are still lying” .

DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE SEND YOUR CAR HERE. horrible customer service. Don't tow your car here. Management says they address the issue, but don't be the next customer dealing with poor communication unorganized and you will surrender all your belongings that you left in your car. "Service king" is better option

Everyone we interacted at the shop is so friendly, especially shout out to Jose for taking wonderful care of our Bronco and keeping us informed every step of the way. They fixed our Bronco after we got rear-ended and did an amazing job, and also helped us a few months down the line with an adjustment. Our insurance sent us here, but we'd certainly chose to come back if we'd ever need any more work done. Highly recommend!!

I had to get my car repaired from an accident and they were an option through my insurance. They made everything about a not so great situation so much better. They explained the process in detail and made sure I felt comfortable with it, they offered me a ride to go get my rental car when it was time to drop off my car which was super kind. Jimmy kept me informed of the timeline and updated me throughout and they finished it way before what they originally quoted me. My car looks great, you can't even tell it was ever damaged. I would reccomend them 1000 times over if you need collision repair! An honest, hardworking group of people!

Kept me updated throughout the process and were very transparent about the repairs. They did a fantastic job and did a little extra work buffing out some additional scratches. I definitely recommend them for vehicular repair.Jimmy was the guy in charge of my vehicle - he's a cool dude, and good at what he does.

Horrible experience. They didn't put the brake pads before they gave me my car back after doing body work. INCREDIBLY unsafe and they refused to apologize for this nightmare they caused. Still can't believe this happened. How do you return a car missing brakes? Go anywhere else.

I Took my car in to fix my bumper. Great, it was ready in 3 days. They used markers on my car to mark “previous damage” well those markers stained my car. Jose said they aren’t “ liable” and offered to wash my car ( like they didn’t already did that). Pretty much said there’s nothing they can do. SMH. Crazy , bumper is fixed but now I have marks all over my car. Don’t recommend.
