Our car wouldn’t start in our garage. I tried jump starting it, but the battery was too far gone. I called Luxury Auto and they immediately dispatched a truck to get my car. While replacing the battery, the mechanic noted several safety deficiencies to include the front brakes. They called and got my approval to replace and make the necessary repairs for the other deficiencies. My car was ready for pick up less than a day. The personnel and mechanics at Luxury Auto are top-notch. I highly recommend them!

Luxury Auto Works did a great deal of work on my beautiful little Jaguar and they did what appears to be a good job. She’s a 1995 Jag and they were literally the only place in town who would take on the job because of the difficulty in finding parts. I’m grateful to them for that. She looks beautiful and runs perfectly. I guess i really couldn’t ask for more. It wasn’t cheap, mind you, but i find that nothing is on a Jaguar.

I have used Luxury Auto Works for years for various vehicles including Ferrari, Aston Martin, BMW and others. They provide high-quality service with highly trained mechanics. I have never been disappointed with their quality of service, and they are universally much more competitively priced than the dealerships. Great work!

Brandon Large is an extraordinary Service consultant. He is Professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. On top of that, he’s very handsome and well-dressed. LOL I just had to put that out there lol. This is like my fourth time coming back here and every time I come back here the service gets better than last time I came here. I love this place. I highly recommended. You should see it for yourself.

I recently bought Mercedes GLB 250 and vehicle was clean and maintained well. But after few weeks both the sides brackets popped out and after few days back tow cap fell off. I am so disappointed and Expected more transparency from sales team on the known car parts issues. Service team were answering the problems I faced but no responses from sales team. Sales team didn’t show any courtesy to hear the problem. Very much disappointed. My only advice to the buyers is do thorough car check before buying anything. Car may look great from outside but look for every small parts. Once sales closed they don’t talk to you.

This was the best experience buying a car that I ever had!!
Let me start by saying my car journey had been rough to this point. So when I determined what kind of car I wanted, a Volvo XC40 Recharge, I scoured the internet to find the exact year, color and trim I had in mind.
The level of gratefulness I have that I found it at Luxury Auto Works is immeasurable. I found them through Autotrader and immediately sent an email of interest. The next morning, their Sales Manager Chris reached out and setup time to chat with me.
When I say Chris was kind, funny, personable, honest, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the car and had great EV advice and insight for me, I can’t thank him enough. Working with him put any nerves and hesitations I had about purchasing a car, let alone online, to rest. I forgot to mention, I was purchasing from out of state too, so the anxiety level was a 10! ?
He helped me feel like an even more confident buyer by being very attentive, communicative, quick, honest and caring. I felt like I had a partner in this process instead of feeling like I had to be overly guarded because of past (in-person) experiences working with car dealers.
Needless to say, thanks to Chris and his team, I am the new owner of my very first luxury vehicle!! I would work with and recommend them, 10x over, every time.
Thanks again Chris and Luxury Auto Works for getting this girlie back on the road in EV style! ?

I have had many positive experiences Luxury Auto Works. The entire staff will go out of their way to be helpful and communicative. They make a diagnosis about the problem and will even make a quick video to share their findings. They will call with updates about when parts will be in and the work on the car begins promptly upon the parts arrival. The mechanics and technicians have kept our old Range Rovers running!! I highly recommend!

Addendum:
After my review, James and the staff at LAW were responsive and went the extra mile to remedy their prior shortcomings. Their communication improved immensely; texting when parts arrived, coordinated a rapid installation of the part and followed up with a call and text the following day to verify the repair was remaining satisfactory. The loaner vehicle they supplied during the repair was clean and comparable to my current vehicle. A complete 180 from my prior experience and they earned my business. I wish this was the experience I first had but trust them to continue to have a standard of excellence moving forward.
Original post:
I would not recommend purchasing or having your vehicles serviced here. Regretfully, I didn’t listen to prior reviews but have several unsavory experiences with Luxury Auto Works. I purchased a Range Rover from them last fall along with a warranty. The sales manager who sold me the warranty, said that there would be no additional charges for anything that went wrong with the vehicle outside of having tires replaced or oil changes. This spring my washer fluid started leaking and I needed to have it serviced. I brought it into the dealership and they gave me an old Mercedes Benz loaner car with 128,000 miles, that smelled of body odor, had an ashtray and didn’t even have Bluetooth to connect a phone. Then they called me and said that the repair on the washer fluid would cost $1700 and was not covered by my warranty. When I tried to contact the sales department to get more information on why this was not covered and why they misrepresented the warranty on the sale of the vehicle, I did not receive a call back despite multiple voice messages. The repair department also does not contact you when the vehicle is ready, you need to contact them. Overall, untrustworthy and poor communicators.

I purchased a vehicle from Luxury Auto Works in late June of this year (2024). Upon initial inspection and test drive, the AC was found to not be blowing cold air. Before the purchase, the issue was corrected. While I had reviewed the Carfax, I noticed several AC recharges. Not thinking too much of it, I purchased the vehicle. Within 30 days, the AC was blowing hot air again. Obviously, Luxury Auto Works had simply put a BandAid on the problem to get the sale. And with only a 2 week warranty for "major issues," I was left with an $850 AC recharge bill as this vehicle uses a more expensive type of refrigerant. And that will only get me until the AC loses its charge again, and then there will be another cost to fix the problem as it could not be immediately identified.
When I noticed the Carfax missing from my paperwork, I called and asked to have it emailed to me so I could further review it for possible issues. I was told it would happen, but three weeks later, I have yet to receive it.
Also, when I went to the tax office to have the license plates updated to my Disable Veteran plates, I was told there was a clerical error with the title paperwork submitted by the dealership. I would have to go to a different office and wait for three hours (I later learned) to correct their error. I had to miss work and time with my children to correct an error they made. I was never made aware of this by the dealership, yet I find it hard to believe that they were not made aware that the paperwork they submitted was missing important information.
All in all, Luxury Auto Works knew about an issue and only corrected it for long enough to get the vehicle out the door. They failed to furnish me with a document that should have been included in my initial paperwork, and when I requested it after the sale, they failed to deliver. Lastly, they screwed up on the title paperwork and left it to me to not only discover the issue for myself but then go through the process of correcting their error, costing me precious time and money (in lost work).
I do not recommend doing business with this dealership.
But my salesperson was nice.
