The staff is phenomenal and really loves dogs. I took my lab here for the first time and it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend working with Jeff and his staff on your next grooming. 10/10

I have been taking my dog to Lucky dog grooming for several years now. They do an excellent job and take good care of my pet. Staff is friendly as well.

We love lucky dog grooming! I travel 30+ minutes to bring my pup to get groomed because they do such a great job. My pup always leaves looking great and in great spirits. Highly recommend!

Always a great experience, and so convenient! Jake does a great job every time with our rough coat (double-extra floofy) border collie, and recently even had the patience to let a few neighbor kids ask questions and take a photo with her while she was being groomed. Definitely recommend!

Went there first time on Friday morning after reading good reviews on google. And they lived up to their reputation .Drop off early at 7am . I think they been there since 5 or 6 am. When the opening hours are 8am .How could you not trust a place where the owner show up early and be the groomer himself. Speaking bout dedication !And the receptionist lady was very kind and welcoming. She also bath my dog ! Thanks for making all the process very easy and you guys really let your hard work and craft speak for itself !I am so thankful and grateful that i was able to find this place. You guys are very inspiring.. keep up the great job!Me and Teddy will comeback for sure and will recommend this place to all my friends n family .

Debbie is so nice and amazing at her job! My 10 month old dog has anxiety with baths and grooming from taking her to Petsmart grooming in the past, but Debbie took her time and my dog had a great experience! She still smells great after three days (which is rare with the way my dog loves to roll in dirt)! I will be coming back! She does only accept cash/ checks, just as an FYI :)

I’ve taken my miniature schnauzer Ozzy multiple times. Great job at great price. It can be hard to get an appointment. Once you have an appointment I recommend scheduling the next appointment when you pick up.

They do a great job with my mini schnauzer but I took off one star because it’s very hard to make an appointment. You have to call multiple times to get someone on the phone and they never call back if you leave a message. Also they only take cash and seems like everything is on paper. I guess that’s the trade off to having much cheaper prices than other places.

We have been taking our pup to Lucky Dog for almost four years now. Debbie at the front desk is super friendly and loves to take care of the doggos. Jeff is an extremely professional groomer and always listens to all our inputs patently. You can not go wrong this place!

I have been taking my dogs to Lucky Dog Grooming on and off for several years. I Have been a kind, understanding and loyal customer. This morning I had an appointment at 9:00am but I was 30 minutes late. Upon arrival I asked Debbie if it was still ok for me to drop off my two small dogs. She said "of course" not a problem. And we proceeded to check in my dogs. Usually it takes 3 hours at the most 4 for both of my dogs. This time it was over 6 hours. At 1:30, I stopped by with my daughter to check on them to see how much longer it would be. Debbie seemed confused that I would be concerned about my dogs having already been there for 5 hours. She began saying they had an over abundance of dogs that day come in and that she had been there since 5:30am(but they don't open till 8am??) I remained calm at this time even though I'm very upset. I then ask how much longer? At first, she just looks at me and shrugs her shoulders. She then says "I don't know, maybe an hour?" I'm thinking, how can you not know? This is her job and it is apparent she has been doing this a long time so really? That's your answer. At this point, I'm still not showing how I really feel but because I've always had good service here I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt. So we leave and I decide we will come back in an hour and if the dogs aren't done I will take them no matter what, even if they are have shaved. So at the 6 hour mark, 2:30pm we head back to the shop and on the way Debbie calls and says " now you can come get them." So we get there, I wasn't going to make a big deal but then Debbie began blaming me for it taking so long because we were "late" and when you're late you get "kicked back to the back of the line". These are her exact words. So, I said, "If you had told me that, I wouldn't have left them". That is something I could have understood and respected because it was my fault for being late. BUT tell me that!! I had to rearrange all my other plans for the day on top of that because I was waiting on my dogs. Needless to say we got into it and now I was not holding back what I thought. I told her not to blame me as it was obvious they overbooked. She even admitted that people kept bring in more than the one dog they had scheduled and that they only had one cutter today. She NEVER once apologized or just owned up to the fact that they overbooked and made a mistake. Just be honest! Don't make stuff up. She then said "just give me the money you owe me and go." I wasn't going to pay and walked out with my dogs. Then I decided to go back in and offer her half the cost which was $80. I asked her if she thought that was fair being that my dogs were left unattended for most of the day and for over 6 hours in a grooming shop. She then handed me back my $80 cash and said, "I don't want your money. You can just keep it."Once again I told her all she had to have done was apologize for it taking so long and stop making excuses. But she once again threw up that I was late, which again, I don't deny but if your going to ignore my dogs and not take care of them for 6 hours, kicking them to the "back of the line" then tell me that!! I couldn't believe how she was talking to me and treating a loyal customer this way. I just don't get it. Needless to say, I won't be going back there and I do not recommend this business any longer. Very disappointing to say the least.

Did not follow my instructions at all. I wanted his ears, head, buttocks and feet shaved. His feet I wanted shaved a little higher than normal. Worse experience ever.
