Almost always has what I’m looking for. Very clean store. Just wish they would have at least one human cashier. Only choice is self machines.

Last week, we ordered 30 bags of mulch to be delivered to our back yard from the Lowe’s on 620. The Lowe’s person did not tell us that they don’t deliver to backyards. After a conversation with the manager the night it was to be delivered and was not, because of an internal Lowe’s problem, she gave us a new date of Tuesday 6/4/2024 and said she would waive the delivery fee since we were told it would be delivered to the back yard. We replied that we wanted to cancel.
Long story short she confused our order with another unhappy Lowe’s shopper and cancelled that person’s order. She accused me of reordering and sent me photos of the other person’s reorder, the other person’s rant about her order being cancelled as well as pictures of a delivery to the other person’s home.
I sent her a text to tell her that this was all screwed up and asked if I can still have my delivery fee waived. That really ticked her off and she called me, gave me no opportunity to talk, just yelled on as though she was correct. I sent her a summary of all that went wrong including pictures of my house. I have not heard back. This woman doea not belong in management. If you ever need a manager at the Lowe’s on 620, good luck.

I went to Lowe's to copy a key but found no staff available at the key maker. Having worked there two years ago, I decided to do my part by being a team player and cut my own key. Because I could save more time for the associates and myself, with being less of a headache to the associates who could be attend more pressing matters. While I was working, another customer came by needing assistance, so I offered to help him too because that's the Lowes way and that's the decent human being way.
Brian, an 11-year employee, arrived and asked me to stop and preached policy. Despite him being with the company for so long, he didn’t know how to cut keys. I explained my background and that me being able to get into the terminal and the fact he couldn't was odd but I continued cutting as he tried to stop me while working on finding someone else to do what he should have been able to, but instead wanted us to hurry up and wait.
Eventually, Amelia from power tools arrived. She was very kind and ensured everything was done correctly. What should have been a quick job turned into a longer process due to Brian's interference and lack there of.
I rate Brian 1/5 for his lack of training and handling of the situation, and Amelia 5/5 for her helpfulness and kindness she made me feel like I was her own son. Brian’s safety concerns were valid you dont want theft or damage, but his panicked approach caused unnecessary frustration and delays which would have been a easily supervised situation that left 2 customers happy about the sheer convenience of it all and taken 4 minutes instead of 10 maybe 15 even for the gentlemen who I was going to make the key for.
As such I know what I did wasn't the most ideal but it was for sure convenient but I guess the question would be what is more important customer satisfaction in this case or what could be safety concerns for the person and equipment though said person is trained and the system hasn't changed.

I don't usually go to Lowe's. But decided to go because I saw they had a sale going on. After checking out, we realized that they had charged us wrong for raised bed dirt. Well long story short I was sent to customer service to get it fixed. The workers in the garden center were very nice and helpful but the customer service lady needs to work on her customer service skills. I was only coming to get a price adjustment because there was a sign out for the product and the workers in the garden center told me I could get it done. I understand sometimes people have off days or bad days, but when working in a retail shop, you represent your place of work.

I visit Lowes often to pick up materials and such for work. The employees are always nice and easy to deal with. Store seems to stay reasonably clean, that’s a plus.
