If you go to the garden center and ask anyone where the plants that you need are and see how they answer. Twice now I've been in and no one in the garden center has any idea where anything is.
For a multibillion dollar company to not have bags over 8" wide in a home improvement store is absurd.. cutting corners all over the place..prices have gone up..there is no one to check you out anymore..went to punch in my pro id and it was rejected..the lady at the counter says that I now have to use the app and scan a barcode everytime I make a trip. Mind you I spend well over 100k every year at lowes as a General Contractor.. you guys are squeezing every penny and sacrificing anyone with professional experience doing their jobs so you can pay bottom dollar on your employees. If you have the option choose McCoys, G town lumber, Eastside lumber and decking.. plants go to Austin wholesale supply..those folks know their products and have a much better treatment or their good clients..
How about you reach out to me Lowe's? And in the 100k in business we do together every year, why should I reach out to you? Again, shareholders over contractors.

Went for PVC plumbing parts. I spent 3/4 of an hour to find a single 1” slip coupling and single 1” slip elbow along with a short section of 1” PVC pipe. NONE OF THE BINS nor boxes reflect the contents! Each box contains a bizarre assortment of misplaced fittings! There is no short 1” pipe. Each bin houses nothing to match the labels.
Lowes used to be famous for having everything labeled and stored properly. Not this complete and utter lack of merchandising and customer convenience that this store has in abundance! It is obvious that this store is completely and sadly being mismanaged. Fix THIS! Please

Large selection of items. They also sell open-box items by the piece, but BUYER BEWARE because the cashiers don’t check for that so they’ll charge you for the full box when you only grabbed a single piece. Always check your receipts. Happened to me on multiple occasions.

Bought appliances at the Stassney location recently. Chris G in the appliances department could not have been more helpful,patient and polite with me. He explained that the washer/dryer set i was planning to buy was too small for my needs and guided me thru other options within my budget that would be more suitable. I also required a fridge/freezer with a reversible door feature, and again Chris took the time to narrow down my options while checking availability as i needed all the appliances asap.
With the current appliance shortage i was quite frantic having had a fruitless hunt online, and it was such a stress buster having Chris guide me thru all the available options in stock at his location. The install happened a few days later without a hitch.
Chris G is a real asset to this Lowes location.

No way this Lowe’s has 4 stars. I don’t usually come to this Lowe’s but had to because they were the only ones in the area with the amount of flooring I needed. Literally the worst Lowe’s I have ever been to. I sat around waiting for help for so long, asking someone walking by to call someone and then finally calling customer service to send someone to flooring. Finally, someone from another department came to help. She was great! But then I needed paint. I sat at the ordering counter for ten minutes while several people in customer service, right across from paint, coked and joked. Finally my husband went to ask a C/S rep to send someone to paint. She said she would and went right back to joking with her other buddies in C/S. I gave up and just left. Don’t come here unless you want to spend hours waiting around for help.

bad they don't have any sing or the cashiers tell the costumes about returning policy.
They are not accepting any returns without a ticket of sale or any forms of proof you pay for the merchandise.
Means credit card payment.
Ticket.
Or by registration via phone number..!!
I never heard about that.
Nobody told me that when I paid.
Usually, I don't return merchandise at all.
But yesterday I had to return some of them because I bought them in the wrong size.
That day, I paid cash.
But when I bought them I threw away the ticket.
I never thought I would need it anymore.
Wrong!!
They said that without proof of sale, I couldn't return anything.
I understand that part.
And I'm agree with them.
My disappointment is they don't have any signs to let the costumes the new return policy.
Home Depot training all their cashiers to let costumes know how to return merchandise without sales tickets.
I never ever go back to any Lowe's store at all.
I really recommend don't go to Lowe's at any location.
If you like to go.. be sure you got any form of sales merchandise proof.
