I've used these folks twice to repair windshield chips. They are fast, friendly, and do good work. If they can get you in, they'll do it while you wait,. Today they were a little backed up, so I left my car with them and walked down to the Chinatown shopping center (a 5 minute walk) to get some tea and wait. They were done in about an hour and half. The repair was easy and cost $55. Just be aware that windshield repair doesn't make the crack or chip go away -- it just fills it in and keeps it from spreading further.

Affordable, friendly and fast.I was quoted almost double at other windshield replacement place because my windshield requires a calibration. They replaced my windshield for a reasonable price and were done in an hr. Bonus, they offer a lifetime warranty and free chip repair on their windshield replacements

I stopped by to have my left side rear window fixed. They did it in less than two hours, with 25% of the price that I would pay to an authorized service. I am absolutely satisfied. The personnel was incredibly nice and helpful. Strongly recommended.

A window was broken out in my work van. I called and Ernest made an effort to go pick up the correct window and install it on the same day. Absolutely five star service, and I recommend them highly!

Super friendly and helpful, over the phone and in person, they were able to get me the day after I called. It took a little over an hour to get my door window replaced and for a very good price!! I was surprised at how affordable it was, especially since most places are offering the same services for double the price. Overall very cool, very nice, and they did a great job!

Brought my car in to get the rear driver's windshield replaced back in June/May but never had time to write a review. Less than an hour later, they were done, and I paid around $290 to get my car back. However, for the quality of work I received, the labor (excluding the part) should have only cost around $50, and the fact that they completed the job so quickly really shows that they were rushing things. First, the shattered window left pieces of glass everywhere, and nothing was done to clean up any of the mess. When I picked up my car, there was still pieces of glass near the seats, in the cupholder of the door, and inside of the gap in the door that the glass sits in. In addition, the interior panel was not even secured back in correctly, and when I got home, I ended up having to remove and reinstall the panel myself to fully fix it (and honestly could have just replaced the windshield by myself at this point). Overall, the work was extremely sloppy and lacked attention to detail relative to what I had paid, and it's as if I could have asked a 15 year old boy to do the repair for me and received a better end result. Disappointed and angry.Edit 1, 10/18/2023: I called to follow up as requested, and the person I spoke to had a passive aggressive attitude and persistently insisted that he didn't know what happened while saying sorry in an unsympathetic manner. He then said that the maximum he could do in compensation for my case was a $20 refund ONLY IF I CHANGE the review, and HUNG UP ON ME when I asked if he could do $25 (because a $5 difference is considered a threat for money extortion? Really?). EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE, I would deduct this review to ZERO STARS if I could and will be telling everyone I know to never have business with this establishment.Edit 2, 10/18/2023: Used PROFANITY to curse at me when I called them a second time to confront them, and then hung up again. Had to replace my windshield because it shattered from a hail storm. They had it fixed in three hours and vacuumed the inside of my car to remove all the broken glass which was a pleasant surprise. Also super honest they worked with me to keep it affordable.Service: Auto windshield repair

The price was 100 bucks cheaper than safelite, but they chewed up the seal near the hood and my rear view mirror has now fallen off twice, Guess I will just have to do it myself to get it to stay up.-----EDIT-----Turns out this was a manufacturing issue with the glass and they replaced the windshield again free of charge.Service: Auto windshield repair
