Made a purchase, the person at the counter didn’t tell me they don’t accept returns for hair and earrings. Its part of their policy, low quality products, highly priced here. Don’t shop at all cost.

Came and spent nearly $200. Vanessa asked that I input my email address to receive a receipt. Before I left the mall I checked my email and no receipt.I went back to the store and asked if I could get a printed receipt and was refused one because they wanted to conserve their paper. When I asked the girl her name she looked at me and said why… because Vanessa I’m writing a Google review on your rude behavior.Looks like other people have had the same issue with this girl. Black hair fair skin.

A manager with black hair and a nose piercing was rude, unprofessional, and even threatened me to call the police to escort me and my child out of the store just because I was asking for her name wich she refused to provide and her supervisor name and corporate information I see that I'm not the only one this has happened to it's really upsetting that this is happening and yet she is s still a manager this is not right

Bought a belly button ring. Loved it but unfortunately it started to irritate my skin. Brought it to return and was told the manager was not here until late in the afternoon. I was unable to come back then and had to wait another week for a day off to come back. When i get here, the manager tells me they cannot do the return for body piercing. No one told me this at purchase, or when i came in the first time to return. Waste of time and money.

horrible! The gothic girl(black hair/fair skin) was completely dismissive, after i filled the consent form she made me wait more than 20mins to get a piercing with the excuse that she has a “line” of customers.

They don't provide receipt, or show what price they charge you during payment. you will get to know only after you receive the email after 5 hours. For me they charged 15% more than the MRP on the product, which the store employees didn't even acknowledge the error at their side and issue a refund.Another worse part of Lovisa is, there is no customer care number and the only way to reach them is over email. Its been 2 weeks and still Lovisa is yet to reply on the complaint i posted.

Great customer service, Had went to get my ears Pierced from a woman named Jessica. She was so sweet and kind and helpful. I'm glad they Got new people cause last time I was here the customer service was so bad.

Came in at 7pm And a young girl with long black hair had a bad attitude. When I asked about prices, I ask for her name and she would not give to me. I asked to speak with manager she said nothing and walked off.

Not exaggerating when I say that I’ve arrived at least six times and they are closed well beyond the opening time at the Barton Creek location. The salesperson is inside, the lights are on, she even went up to the sliding doors, looked outside and went back inside. They finally opened 22 minutes late. Good luck shopping here

I buy from this store quite often, every time I come to the mall. Usually, they’re very nice people and they help a lot. This time though, the employees were acting very entitled and rude. They made fun of us, gave attitude when we were asking questions, and the store was pretty messy when we came in. We bought about $60 worth of product from there, and when we went to leave one of the lady workers came up to us and aggressively said that we needed to clean up even though we didn’t touch many things. After we had cleaned up the mess we hadn’t even made, they continued to gossip in a group about us, very loudly. Calling us “bratty” and “12 year-olds”. First of all, that’s completely unprofessional and uncalled for. They were just extremely disrespectful and the customer service was terrible. I’d recommend going to Icing for jewelry now, they were much nicer and helpful.ps. this was around 1pm on November 14, 2020. Please learn to be more professional ladies.

Employees were completely disrespectful . They politely asked us to sanitize before using the rings , and once we were done touching the two rings that we looked at ; which were already messy , miss THANG has the audacity to tell us to come “ clean up the mess we made “ as if the store wasn’t already a mess when we walked in . Do your job and clean up your store , and don’t try to blame a group of teenagers for your store being messy . Even after buying $30 - $40 dollars worth of jewelry they still had the nerve to be disrespectful , and even after asking us to clean up ; in which we did , she starts insulting my friends and I . Gossiping about customers; VERY LOUDLY , isn’t very cute . <3
