Serenity was incredible.
I had never been inside a Lovesac store before but knew I wanted to see what the “hype” was about. Took my husband and both kids in to browse through and ended up falling in love with the style and comfort. Serenity was overall pleasant and patient. She paid close attention to our needs and arranged pieces left and right until we had a clear visual. The application process was easy too. After the order was placed, Serenity stayed on top of our order; She emailed assembly videos and followed up with friendly check ins.
The hype was worth it. We couldn’t be happier or more in love with our new couch.

U am glad they have a local store. I love my lovesac, needed some more pieces to change things around. They were helpful. Got exactly what i needed.

I bought a sectional couch here, which I've used about 6 months now with no issues. The staff were helpful in evaluating all the options and trying them out in the show room as best we could with what was available on site.
Pricing was clear, and I took advantage of a discount I saw after subscribing to their emails. My couch parts were delivered several days after ordering, and easy enough to assemble after watching their instructional videos. You can watch these videos on their website for a preview of what assembly will be like.
After assembly there was a stack of cardboard, paper, and plastic left over, which I dropped off at the Austin recycling center on Ben White.

We cannot express our gratitude for LoveSAC North Austin - Angie and Sarah went above and beyond to help resolve two separate issues. First, our order required a signature and we were out of town for a funeral. When we returned, I went to FEDEX and they said it was headed back to China. I reached out to Angie, and she used her "forensic files" skills and tracked the package down in Conn. Stopped the package and had it redirected back to us without a signature required. Received our custom pillow covers right away.Then, two weeks later, we had another family emergency which ended in a funeral, and we were missing our angled pillow covers. Sarah investigated and found out they were not ordered nor paid for in the original order in December 2023. After we did some research, we confirmed that this was the case. But because LoveSAC North Austin employees care about us and their customers, Angie reached back out and said "don't worry... you two have been through so much this month...this is the last thing you need to worry about...We have ordered the pillow covers, free of charge, and they are being shipped to you."What ROCKSTARS! How thoughtful and responsive to our situation! LoveSAC - Angie and Sarah and all of the North Austin store off Research/183 - need a raise, promotion, and a party honoring them because honestly, in today's world, this type of customer services and empathy is not always available.Thank you Angie and Sarah and LoveSAC - we will be customers forever. Great people and really cool products, would definitely recommend stopping in if you are looking for a new couch!The design of the sectionals really didn’t come through on the website so we are glad that we went in to test them out. Serenity was the sales person that helped us and was so knowledgeable about the products, showing all of the different configurations and how they worked which helped us pick the perfect combo!

Great experience purchasing a sactional at this location! Angie walked us through all the options and configurations and made it easy to visualize the end result. My husband and I purchased a lovesac recently and brought our toddler and baby with us. Serenity welcomed us all! She was so kind and patient as we made our selections. She was super helpful every step of the way and provided descriptive examples and clarifications that made the experience a lot easier than I imagined. Ordered our sanctional with Angie who was fantastic. She walked us through everything and made the process so easy. Our couches won’t be in for awhile (custom fabric) but customer service was 10/10.

We love our new lovesac couch! Sarah and Angie were great at talking us through the process and options. We had an idea of what we wanted, and they helped us narrow it down, and now we really have the perfect sactional for our house.We have modified our new sofa about 3 times in 3 weeks and are happy every time, haha.I highly recommend checking them out!
