I've bought many cars in my 63 years of living, but Lotus of Austin will forever be the only place that I will buy from now, and in the future. They exceeded in delivering everything my wife and I asked for, and they were professional, friendly, and easy to deal with, each and every time. Their inventory of vehicles is top-notch, as they personally "select" only the cars EVERYBODY wants to own, and they graciously aim to satisfy your expectations of your purchase. They get 10-stars!!!

This is a review for Lotus of Austin the dealership, not Lotus the car manufacturer. Immediately after buying my Lotus Infound out the AC didn’t work. The service depart got me in immediately and fixed the car is about two hours.

Terrible experience with the service writer. Refused to service the car and challenged my knowledge on what I was requesting. Down right rude and one of the worst experiences I've had.

Cannot be trusted…Salesperson agrees on the purchase with deposit. Later you are told they cannot honor it and you are out of luck!

I had my rare 1995 Lotus Esprit S4 serviced and prepared for sale at this Lotus of Austin service facility. The extensive work done by the service department was excellent and was fairly priced. The service manager, the parts department and particularly the service coordinator Jean Coffman were thoughtful in their approach and mindful of expense. They went out of their way to make this project successful. Their communication was immediate and courteous. I recommend them without reservation.

No matter how many times you call, no one answers. I called the main line and explained that I was ready to put in a deposit for the new Emira and, if they had one available, to pay total cash. I waited two days for someone to call back, but no one did. Unfortunately, the place did not give me a good vibe for wanting to deal with them. This would bring more problems down the line. I went to Porsche and paid for a new Cayman. The experience was different. My first phone call and I walked with a new car in less than 24 hours. I understand Emira is more exclusive, but the service was terrible. Maybe one day though, I will get the Emira... it is a beautiful car but also service is important to me. I give 2 stars because Emira is so beautiful.

Setting up the appointment was a real pain. I had to call at least five times over two weeks before I got in touch with a service manager. They never called me back for any messages I left.But once I got an appointment scheduled, the service was excellent. The service manager was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. And they performed the service very well and quickly.I've knocked off a star for how difficult it was to schedule the appointment, but the service manager I talked to in person and the quality of work they did were both five stars.

Took my Evora 400 in for an oil change. Very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Even drove me to a nearby restaurant while I waited for the work to be done.
