Oversold considerable number of bottles. No communication to customers leaving us wondering. 3 weeks later I canceled the non-existant bottles they sold me. Took 4 days to get response and going to be another week til I get my refund.

Incredibly slow. Nobody answers the phone, goes directly to Voicemail which greets you with an automated "This mailbox is not accepting messages because this mailbox has not been activated." Never got my order.

Great overall experience with this company. I called wanting to know where my package was and they were very nice and informative.
