Taking off 1 star bc their website at the time was having trouble recognizing my cc info. Unfortunately i had to create a paypal and get an invoice from them to purchase the product. Nonetheless i received it in a timely manner and customer service was good throughout.

I ordered a piece from a longhorn tactical out of AZ and got it confused with this one :( While I haven’t actually ordered anything from here I can tell you their customer service is very fast to respond. Very rare these days. Good on your support team

Bad quality batteriesThey add a cap to a normal Panasonic 18650 battery that Loses contact too easily. A $20 battery that last a day.

UPDATE 8/3/2022:I was finally sent a battery with a good full charge (don't know if it is a new battery since it did not come in any packaging).I wish they would have simply sent a new battery in the beginning and not made me jump through so many hoops but I understand they have to do their due diligence to a point. I am happy they stood behind their product. My flashlight works like a champ and the battery even excepts a charge.BUYER BEWARE!!!I will not purchase anything from Longhorn Tactical again, EVER!!I purchased a Nitecore battery for my Nitecore flashlight. The battery came with a lower voltage than it should have, 3.5v when it should be approximately 4.2+- with a full charge. The battery is a 3.7v battery.I called customer service, spoke with Kendra. She said I had to provide pictures. So I took pictures of the old battery and the new battery connected to a volt meter.I received an email from Dave asking how I was charging the battery. I replied with an explanation and provided more pictures.Long story short after sending several pictures and multiple emails with Dave they told me the issue was with the flashlight. I requested my money back several times and I said I will send the battery back. They finally acknowledged I did not want the battery and simply told me to send it back. No shipping label was provided or anything else.I have spent over 3 hours of my time testing the battery, taking pictures, emailing Dave in customer service more then 7 times all for a $15.95 purchase (+ the overpriced $19.00 shipping cost). At this point it will be easier to throw the battery and flashlight in the trash! Well I will recycle the batteries.

I have been purchasing from longhorn tactical for close to 9 years. Most of my business was conducted over the phone, with the same individual (Jiayu Jiang) who assisted me with purchasing the right tool for the need. On the rare occasion the light gave me an issue, the warranties, exchanges and returns were honored quickly and efficiently - personally brokering the issue with the manufacturer until the issue was rectified. I recommend this service, and continue to purchase from them despite the options available to me.
