This place scams people and when trying to go back I had to surrender my car because I couldn’t afford it when I tried to go back they said I couldn’t get a car through them and put a repo on my record technically I surrendered the vehicle they didn’t come pick it up so be aware when u are surrendering your vehicle doesn’t matter what you say they can put whatever they want to so be aware and they ask for high down payments.

This place is very unprofessional . People that work here are rude and uncaring. I regret coming to this place in the first place. If your vehicle is being serviced they never reach out to you for an update.

Be timely with your payments. Have full coverage and don’t let your account become in default. Because then you have to deal with Reyna the repo manager who had no mannerisms and poor etiquette.
Her tongue lies, and her energy is very mean. She says one thing but never has proof to back up the statement.
once you meet Reyna Your whole idea on Long motors being a great experience is out the window. She makes the company look very bad.
Other than that I appreciate chuy the DM for helping me today.
I also feel bad for Reyna because she doesn’t understand how far being kind & a helping representative to one another can get you.
Oh well. Let bygones be bygones.

I went in today looking to buy the blue Volkswagen GTI. The staff was friendly and helped me get the test drive going quickly. I felt welcomed and at ease.
The car was fairly okay, decent looking engine, fun to drive... but it had quite a few minor issues (faded paint job on the front end, missing piece on the front bumper, some upholstery falling loose on the interior, very hot black interior with a lackluster AC, radio was crackly, old faded tires, beat up rims, etc.
I get back to the dealership and was helped by a nice and easy to talk to salesman, very professional. I appreciated that because it's a stressful buyers situation. I told him I liked the car, but it had way too many obvious issues, plus they don't offer any warranty for repairs after you purchase it (risky); I asked for a reasonable and fair reduced amount off the asking price: immediate nope. He said their prices were firm and they don't ever drop them. I talked to him a bit more about it, no give. I was surprised he wouldn't meet me in the middle somewhere and we could both walk away happy, but hey, nonetheless it was a great experience.
All in all, I couldn't believe he wouldn't budge on the price considering the condition of the car was mid at best, but it's all good. I had to walk away. I mean, the car was stick shift too (harder to sell imo) and could easily be sitting there a long while at that asking price. You'd think they'd want to move product quicker, make some money and make the customer walk away feeling great. But nope, they don't haggle.
Anyway, I would recommend this place in terms of service, they were cool. Their cars were overall pretty nice looking used cars. Good experience overall. Just wish I drove home in that Volkswagen GTI versus taking an Uber. LOL.

Went there with intention of buying car cash but waited almost 30 min to even be acknowledged everyone sitting down but I felt because I was black was the reason. There is no way the cheapest car on the lot is 12k

This company is a lack of respect, the vehicles are not in optimal condition, they always have some detail and the prices are too high. Mr. Sergio, very good people, everything is perfect but like every seller is interested in selling the rest, I do not recommend them at all.
