Fantastic doctor and staff, very friendly and attentive to all members of the family that come in with feet issues. Dr. Cassidy is very knowledgeable and his bedside manner is wonderful. All of my foot issues have gone away since seeing him. Highly recommend!

Dr. Cassidy was so so great - very thorough, great bedside manner, took his time explaining things and answering questions and figuring out what was going on. His office staff was also very friendly.

I had been to see this doctor once and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. I received an injection which helped somewhat with the pain. I was scheduled to have another follow up and injection and a few days before the appt felt a pop and heard a loud snap in my foot with extreme heel pain following. I called the office immediately to try to get in sooner or to at least find out if it was safe to be up walking on the foot or what I should be doing. I was told I would have a phone call as soon as the doctor was finished with a patient. This was at 9:15am. By 4:00pm I still had had zero follow up from this office. By then I had given up and made an appt with another doctor. Horrible customer service, they really don’t seem to care about their patients, only the $$$$

The charges are absurd.Initial charges were $1,147, for less then 1-hour consultation, then we supposedly got a 'discount'. What we got out of it was that we need to buy new shoes. What a robbery. We are currently on the hook for $486.30 for two 30-minute visits, which were mostly sales pitches for their custom inserts.I will update my review after I talk to them about this. I am going to share this on my community forum, with 1500 households. I will also add a snapshot of my bill so people know what they are getting into.####Edits after the Lone Star Management response below.Your attitude is disgusting. If the insurance company lets you take me to the cleaners, it doesn't mean you should. On out first visit, we were told we owe $17.68, which we have happily paid. Have you showed your face on the first visit, we would not have come back. You waited and billed us after the second visit. Disgusting.

First time in life where reviews and actual experience align - absurdly high charge for ultrasound with no consult/input on cost and rude calls for payment. Add in bills that have no online payment option, not even an envelope to mail payment to a billing service (reticent to mail payment to an office that operates as they do). Avoid at all costs - or just buy some new shoes and save ~$800.

I saw Dr. Cassidy some months ago for constant foot pain that was not responding to physical therapy or other conservative treatments. I saw many other doctors as well in various specialties (neurology, pain medicine, etc.), and Dr. Cassidy was the one doctor out of all of them who insisted that there had to be something going on in my back causing the pain. It turns out, he was correct. More detailed MRI images confirm that I have cysts in my spinal canal constantly pushing on the nerves that travel all the way down to the bottom of the feet. Unlike the other podiatrists that evaluated my condition, Dr. Cassidy has the ability to look beyond the feet and evaluate the big picture if needed, and this prevented me from having a bunch of foot surgeries that wouldn't have helped me. Now that I've found the right specialist to treat my condition, I'm hopeful it will finally be resolved.

I saw Dr. Cassidy today, and felt like he gave me great information and advice. He used ultrasound to look at the structures of my feet, which other doctors hadn't done. He favors starting with the simplest solutions, which I agree with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having foot problems.

Office visit was $646.00. Warning: he can help you without using his ultrasound machine...which is part of the reason the cost is so high. After insurance, I paid $260. If I didn’t have insurance I would have paid $200.He gave me a list of tennis shoes I could purchase. My advice would be to try Rogue Running first. Also, his office lady was super rude when I called about my bill.
