Not sure if meat is good .. it arrived at room temperature in dripping wet outer and inner boxes right off FedEx truck ... kinda scared to eat it ... I called she said it shipped frozen with dry ice(it was ice packs no longer frozen) and I can re-freeze it ... .maybe better if bought in store??? UGH

Second time using their curbside service to get a 20 OZ dry aged bone in Ribeye and it is one of, if not the, best cut of steak I have ever had. Sonia was also extremely nice and very helpful. The steak I wanted was not on the curbside online menu for some reason, but she took the time to hear me out and provided excellent customer service! A+ for the beef and the people!

I deliver to LoneStar every week it is one of my favorite stops because it’s so easy here..Easy place to deliver too in and out in no time.. everyone is super friendly and easy to get along with..The only downside is that there isn’t any overnight parking they start receiving at 6:00am

As someone in the service industry, I know what it means to go the extra mile. When I see someone walk that mile for me, it doesn't go unnoticed. Kim has definitely gone the mile for me today and I'm 100% coming back because of it. No longer surprised that they have 100% 5 stars. I get it now.

I have tried and tried to be diplomatic. Lonestar meats is the worst neighbor. Their hours say 7am but reallly they begin at 6am. They wake several of us neighbors at ALL hours of the night. And we all complain. They try to appease us but it lasts for a short time and then they revert back to disrupting our sleep. We are frustrated and fed up. You might say why did you move there. Well some of us have been here way longer than them. Over 20 yrs. and they moved in. They are loud and inconsiderate.

I got a good deal on prices from our meat guy and for dinner had the steak strips! They smelled great cooking and were tasty? This was first time to purchase and so glad I did.
