Great price, extremely friendly, extremely courteous, and very efficient.I've had nothing but great experiences each time I've used Lone Star Cleaners.To name a few notables:- I accidentally left my dry cleaning for almost two months, and the owner set them aside to make sure they were there when I came back (I didn't provide my number, hence no call).- My bill for several shirts was six dollars, thus my card could not be charged per the 10 dollar minimum. He graciously told me that I could simply pay it next time, refusing to accept a tip that I offered to make an even 10.- He put in extra effort to remove a stain that had gotten on my shirt. Looked good as new.I can't speak highly enough of the establishment. It's by far the best dry cleaner I've had in a decade.

Let me say that Lone Star Cleaners exemplifies the high quality that only an industry leader can produce. The proprietor, Tom, does not talk much, but his product's consistent excellence speaks volumes. This business is solid and gives the appearance of a cohesive team. What impressed me is that the work is done on site, not placed on a truck to be finished elsewhere. That spells exceptional quality control in my book. My clothes are left behind and then processed thoroughly and expediently. The convenient location is also a major plus. In a crowded and competitive field, Lone Star stands head and shoulders in my never-to-be-humble opinion.Services: Clothes pressing

Took my new Ugg blanket that I wanted to get dry clean for this winter and they returned it with an AWFUL unbearable smell!! When I went there I wish I’ve followed my gut when I saw everything nasty in that place! I didn’t and look what happened. Literally left my entire car with that awful odor smell! Literally had to leave that in my garage and go to another place for them to help me. If they can’t I’ll have to burn it! Please save your money and go somewhere else! Ughhh

We were loyal customers of Lone Star Cleaners for over 7 years, but since they sold to the new owners, Brandon and Stacy in the summer of 2018, their quality has dropped dramatically. We tried to work with the new owners as they experienced growing pains and accepted multiple credits for their low quality dry cleaning and laundry services. After losing one shirt (found several weeks later) and ruining one of my wife’s favorite dresses (one of the strings that tied at the sleeve got ripped off), we stopped going there. It wasn’t the money, it was the cost of our time and having to return shirts to be recleaned, repressed and / or the cost of replacing our clothes. They were no longer worth the investment.A month ago, we found two shirts from the last pieces of laundry they did for us. They had very unusual stains, like bird droppings, between the two shirts where they were touching together. The shirts were brand new. They were from my son who is a college student and were from Nordstrom. We bought them last summer during their Men’s half yearly sale. Since he doesn’t dress up very often, we didn’t notice the poor quality cleaning until he took them out of the plastic a month ago. When we brought them to Lone Star Cleaners, they tried to deny responsibility because several months had passed since they did the laundry. But since it had their tag on the clothes, they couldn’t deny it was last laundered by them.We gave them two attempts to clean the shirts and they did have success with one, but the other had a permanent stain. I just met with the owner Brandon and we both agreed the stain was still on there. When I said that I no longer wanted to keep wasting time on trying to clean the shirt and wanted a refund for the purchase price of the shirt which was $96, he refused. He only agreed to pay 10x the dry cleaning because it was their policy. Then he proceeded to deny that they ever caused the problem for the stain. He said he couldn’t replace the clothes that they ruined at what it costs the consumers, it would be too expensive. Their policy limits their liability to 10x what it costs them clean it.He is right. That is what their policy states. That doesn’t change the fact that they ruined the shirt. It doesn’t remove me from being liable for taking my dry cleaning to a place that has a demonstrated history of delivering poor quality work.We no longer go to this dry cleaner. I do not trust the new ownership. They do not take responsibility for their low quality and were unwilling to resolve our issue in a satisfactory way.

Third time I got a garment back with damage and this time it was bright red stains on a garment that was supposed to be dry cleaned. Upon coming back for the fix he made no apologies and the pants had been clearly bleached not matching the shirt anymore. Not a joke to me as it was the outfit I should have worn to a wedding but too late for the event - had to wear something else. No more

Burned holes in my pants and denied responsibility. Additionally, they must not have actually cleaned them bc the stain I brought them in for was still there. Gross. Rude response. Do not trust.
