Stopped in because I needed a plate corrected for a mid-morning event. Dropped in and the staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate me quickly. Very helpful bunch and many products to choose from. If I need something in the Austin area, I'll happily match up with these folks.

Lone Star Awards did an amazing job with my family's fantasy football trophy. They were extremely quick; dropped off on Thursday afternoon and received it Monday afternoon. The engraving was top notch and matched what was engraved from previous years. Will definitely be going back to Lone Star awards in the future

So sick of driving to ft good to find nice wood work military gifts. This place does it all and it's local. So because I absolutely didn't feel like driving to ft Hood I found a amazing local spot that can suite all my needs for my military gifts for retirements and promotions. Nice friendly and kept great communication on my order. If you don't know by now, this is my spot-I will be back.

Simply amazing! Highly recommended!!! Great customer service..... These guys pulled off a last minute trophy for a mario kart tournament we're having for our kids. Every single expectation was exceeded. Very impressed! Will definitely be using in the future.

I was looking for the impossible, and I found it here. I needed to award two non-masculine, non-sport, super-attractive trophies. The kind of trophy you would present to a hyper-confident, well-rounded and accomplished woman. Well, dang, trophies like this are well-nigh impossible to find! Swarovski and Tiffany make gorgeous crystal trophies that fit this description but they're insanely expensive. Lone Star Awards goes the extra mile to search for and stock up on original, tasteful trophies that don't cost an arm and a leg. Service was friendly, efficient and he helped me carry them out to the car. Plenty of free parking.

I called here in a panic needing an engraving done within hours for a graduation gift that evening. The owner was amazing. He quickly took my order. Emailed me to confirm my order and just as promised called me in 2-3 hours to pick up my order. He did a great job! It looked great and the gift turned out perfect. There were endless compliments on it! I really appreciated the expedited order and how responsive and reliable they were. My expectations were exceeded!

They did a great job making three medals for me and my school! Tax free if you are ordering something for a school by the way! Very very great prices and I was really happy with the outcome. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again and again!
